It's not even the part about me being hurt. I've been dumped before and under far worse circumstances. What I don't like at all is when there's no reason given. Not even the whole "it just didn't click" - nothing. I can handle pain. What I have serious difficulties with is guesswork in such matters. I like to know why I'm being dumped. Especially when same person wants to maintain a friendship. I've been trying to dig up what it's all been about. Thus far - no progress.

Oh...definitely know how you're feeling, Solan. Still trying to properly deal with having someone I cared about basically dump me into the nearest refuse bin almost 3 years ago. Can get through most days not thinking about the pain and confusion from the event...but it does raise its ugly head occasionally.

Best advice I can give is find someone you trust and who will give you an honest answer, and just talk to them about the whole relationship/non-relationship. Then listen CAREFULLY to what they tell you to see what you're either missing or ignoring. You'd be mighty surprised at what things get past you when you got your head in the clouds:(
