I am not going to post pics right now, instead I am going to post a rant.


I received my $709.50 purchase today.

Lets start from the top.

Wrong number of the limited series sent (we agreed on one he sent a different)

Gun came in two parts, front half was damaged at the joint, it appears to have BROKEN in the past and been machine fixed.

Cylinder is mis-shapen at some points during its rotation its flush against the hammer side of the gun, other points the gap nears a half inch, I cannot believe how shoddy that is at $709.50

It came missing parts! That's right on top of everything else, it came missing pieces. The bullets did not come with it.


So all in all I spent weeks agonizing over saving, days tormenting myself over spending so much, weeks waiting in torment for it to arrive, and in the end it goes back tomorrow for a full refund, except that I have to pay to have it shipped back to Italy!

It is ordered and awaiting shipment. Now comes the nail biting wait. At $708.90 delivered I want it now hehe.

Not a gun nut my own self, Cailleg. Have a healthy respect for what they can do...but I don't worship them like some people. Know thine enemy and all that...

To be honest I am glad it is not a real gun nor could it be made to be so. I abhor guns. Cosplay is all well and good but I don't want to own a firearm. the replica is a complete replica as if it were a real gun, removable cylinder, double action, the works, it is just not made to fire.

Also it is a unique looking pistol. fits the verse, and Sidkits is the only guy out there who does replicas of it and only 50 were made, with no more planned, making it a nice collectible.

Fuzzy sock sucker! $700 Yankee clams for a metal replica of Vash the Stampede's gun?!? Shee-it...that better one hell of a replica. I mean...I can buy a real gun for less:S

Pictures will hit the cortex soon as I get the gorram thing, better believe it. The gunsmith said I would be happy with the piece something about it bringing me luck. Aint that just something we could all use a touch more of?

(I will indeed be posting it and I know which number of the run of 50 I am receiving, it appears alot of people asked for specific number like birthdates and such, and, well my lucky number is still available.)
