Against all of you guys hoping *snickers* I'm back. Turns out that my brother-in-law is all the way fine and in fact will not die any time soon. Unless he does something stupid like - testing whether it's the truck or him to be stronger.

Other than that I can safely claim for myself to have gotten much better and am in a much shinier mood than I have been.

Also I've successfully spread the word some more. *pats own shoulder* Go me.
