I was gonna post this on the message board, but figured it was just too much a me thing for others to get as I intended. I mean, who could find any sort of comparison between Jimmy Buffett and Firefly? Well, prob more than a few on here

Just how in the world does one go from a Jimmy Buffett song to thinking of Jayne Cobb? Easy! ( for me, that is ) Just by listening to the lyrics of one of Jimmy's latest song.. Piece of work . Don't know what it was about that tune, but its bracy (it features Toby Keith )gritty tone just spoke to me... 'Jayne'.

* Big mistake? 1st thing I thought of when I heard this was - Ariel. Yeah Jayne, you got stupid.

Cloth cap, caviar, and corduroy
*All over the map, justa lost in space

*Jayne and them do get about a good bit. Lost in space, not knowing where they'll end up next, as the jobs take them here or there.
