Cause I have the p-nuemonia AGAIN and I had the weird sensation of walking around outside, at work in 90 degree heat and FREEZING. I am told that this is not good.

Ohhhh! That's not good! Drink some peppermint tea if you're having sinus issues. It's surprising how quickly they'll clear up.

I'm almost tempted to tell you to go to the doctor because Bernie Mac died of pneumonia, and during one of the worst cold-chills I ever had in my life was when I was running a temperature of 105 degrees. Of course, if you felt that way, it's possible that your fever was breaking. Either way, you need the rest, m'dear. *hugs*
