I am not sure i understand his logic. Someone please help me. But, I guess that himself has decided to punish me for mom winning her suit against him by not paying the child support. So lets see, he doesn't pay so I can't pay the house payment, his kid ends up on the street so then we go to court and he ends up in jail. yeah that works

I'll join you FMF. I don't understand that logic at all. All he's doing is hurting the kids and himself.

My experience was a bit different, ex regularly paid, but he's only seen dear daughter once in 11 years and the divorce it self was nasty. He's missed out on watching an awesome girl grow into an equally awesome young woman.

BTW try and get your attorney fees from him too.

I never could understand that kind of logic: he's mad at you, so he's taking it out on the children. I mean, does he not know that he's hurting *them*?
