Too bad you stopped posting. I loved most of your stuff and it was perhaps the hottest, most smoldering fanfic on this site. And you are a big Simon/Kaylee fan so I loved that too. As for writing original scripts and getting representation, I tried that for years with moderate success. I actually never had an agent but did manage to get one writer for hire job through the Internet and the movie actually got made, for direct to video/DVD. It was low paying cheesy crime drama stuff but what the hell, it was fun. Anyways you might want to check out a website called Ink Tip. For a fee (about 60 bucks now) you can post your screenplay and people will look at it. I posted one once and had about 70 producers, directors, and agents look at the logline and about three actually read the whole thing. No one optioned or bought it but 3 is a hell of a lot better than zero. Anwyay, people have had success with this website and after ten years of trying this and various other sites I'd say this is your best shot at breaking into the game. Good luck.
