With fall coming, it's the perfect season for invigoratingly crisp weather and changing leaves and HIKING.

There's a mountain around Salt Lake City called Reynolds Peak that I like to do every year.

Might be best to not think too much about that one. But nice little meandering three mile path up to a lake, highland meadows and mixed pine/aspen forests a plenty.

Then BAM! tough little 30% grade climb up the grassy aspen hillside for about forty minutes to the top.

On an unrelated note, but something I was thinking about, Mal looks absolutely ridiculous in the formal wear in Shindig and Heart of Gold. And yet, somehow, he still manages to look good at the same time.

After a recent splash in laser tag armour, this begs the question: can Nathan Fillion pull off ANY role and outfit? Inquiring minds would like to know.

Made it to SLC waaaaaaay back in march 1995 but as I only had about two days, all I saw was Temple Square and the "This is the Place" monument. Hope I can go back some day and get more of the surrounding landscape. Basically all I saw only from the airplane coming from and going to California.

I'm actually drawing a comic strip about that precise occurrence. Bravado does not diminish embarrassment, only masks it.

What IS that tattoo, anyway? Oh, for a zoom feature on my technology.

He does, of course, do a pretty good job in the opening of Trash. Or is the tattoo too much?

Nathan Fillion in a Dog Collar. That could possibly be the coolest band name ever.

Or a fan club with unusually specific tastes. BTW, 1) how can I join, and 2) would he really need the shirt?

Disclaimer: In no way supports kidnapping certain celebrities and making them wear dog collars. Volunteer dog collar wearing, however, is another story.

Personally I like to see him in the black shirt and dog collar, but then I'm kinky!
