More good news in the quest for employment! :-)

I've been hired as a tutor by a government funded program geared towards tutoring children with autism of military families and helping them socialize, work and relate better with people.

It's gonna take a little while, perhaps a month and some change to really get off the ground, but the flexible scheduling allows me to continue my work with the community resource kids, run the community orchestra and make money comparable to a teacher's starting salary.

Also, I'll get to teach 1 on 1 and focus directly on the student who needs help the most! I can't tell you how much it broke my heart knowing a child needed help but not being able to give them what they really need on account of having 25 other students to deal with when I was student teaching. In this program I'll get to focus my attention and really make a difference! It's about time my Music Ed degree actually found me full time work! I can't wait to get started!

Thanks! It's been quite an eventful week. Once the ball gets rolling on these new projects I'll try and get back to that fanfiction, I was getting pretty close to finished.
