Raleigh CSTS 2012
Friday, June 29, 2012

This year, the Raleigh "Can't Stop the Serenity" screening to benefit Equality Now and Kids Need to Read is in JULY. Same theater (Raleighwood), same costume contest, same shiny raffle. See NCBrowncoats.com for more info and a link to eTix.

I'm still involved with the local shindig as a consultant, but I'm not directly responsible for the coordination of the event, nor will I emcee this year. Instead, I'm a global sponsor. My publisher is donating digital copies of my cyberpunk romantic thriller STELLARNET REBEL, and I made "soul stone" necklaces like the one in the book, for lucky winners in all of the CSTS cities.

I'm also excited to announce that the sequel, STELLARNET PRINCE, will be released in November of this year. The Stellarnet Series isn't a sci-fi western, but I think if you like Firefly, you'll enjoy this. It's got love, humor, sex, drama, social commentary, fight scenes, big damn heroes (and heroines), video games and all the good stuff.

Cheers,

Flame
