Uh...fei...don't wanna burst your bubble, but this little issues has been ongoing for a while. And I doubt that anything will come of it, even if we could raise the tens of millions needed for a season of episodes of "Firefly." Fox ain't gonna give up a licencing or proprety ownership deal less they benefit in the long run. And as long as people keep discovering the series and copies keeping getting bought...Fox has a tight grip.

Besides, pretty sure I saw somewhere that Joss himself had pretty much nixed the idea of fan or independentally financed episodes for one reason or another. Probably due to the issue of big studios like Fox being able to handle cost overruns...or maybe he doesn't wanna do a series less he knows it will get put out to the masses for watching.

Still...don't let this part-time cynic put ya down. Who knows...maybe the effort of those behind "Firefly Season 2" could get Fox to get their act together and try for a second kick at the can;)

Fei, BEB is right. Unfortunately, fireflyseason2.com is smoke and mirrors. It, and its creator Ace Underhill have been discredited in most Browncoat circles. In the over 1 year he's been "trying" to get something going, he has never gotten in touch with Joss, what is left of Mutant Enemy, or anyone connected to Firefly.

You'd be better of doing shadow puppets on the wall than pinning your hopes on this go-suh. Sorry! (But keep up the fight. You never know where it will lead us! )
