Custom Made Figure: Payroll-Heist Jayne
Wednesday, May 6, 2009

"Shiny. Let's be bad guys." I made Jayne for the "Serenity" movie, where the gang go on a payroll heist. I used a Jayne figure with Riddick feet. I lengthened his arms and legs and sorted out his crotch problems. I sculpted the patchwork leather jacket and smoothed over the joins at his knees. I altered his hairline a little and sculpted the sides of his sunglasses. I painted him to look like Jayne. He has a rifle strapped to his gun belt. His stand represents the storage part of the hover vehicle. I made it from some shelves and part of Wesley's cabinet. May 2009. Thanks to DST and SOTA Toys for the parts. You can see more Firefly/Serenity customs on my website: http://msbig.sashapowell.co.uk/mbframefirefray.htm
