My wife and I were looking at overpriced wallpaper to decorate the nursery and I decided it would be cheaper and more fun just to decorate it by hand.

ALIENZOOKEEPER


One fine day, when I'm owned by the bank which will hold the mortgage on my home, I'll paint maps on the walls. Home ownership means painting the walls any way I want, I guess. That, and, uh, ahem, @*&#ing on the lawn when the neighbors aren't looking.

When I was a little, little girl, my room was painted a light pink color (a very 70's light pink) - my mom painted a giant elephant on the closet doors, a giant giraffe on one wall, and Mickey The Giant Slayer (aka Mickey the Tailor) on another wall. So I say Good job - I have very fond memories of my first bedroom - and I moved out when I was 5, so it says something about the impression it made on me, how I remember it nearly 28 years later :)

Shaking Hands with Nathan Fillion
I was lucky enough to not only get to greet Nate at the premiere, but to have someone take a picture just as we were shaking hands! I also got to meet and shake hands with Joss, Sean, Chris Buchanan, Jane Espenson, and Jenny Lynn. What an evening!!!
