Alrighty, this is a drawing of my character for a Serenity RPG my friends is going to be running soon, with and without Ballistic vest... He's a fixer, he's been all over the system and knows people everywhere... you need something, he'll find it. But I need your help FFFN, I need some help coming up with a background. I know he was an independant, fought in the war, but I really don't have any idea why or what he's been doing since then. Help me out guys :) thanks. also, any ideas for shirts he can have would be great too :)

CAUSAL


Hired on to a terraforming crew on a world just getting started to maintain the atmo processors. He figured that would keep him well out of the way of the Alliance. But since the war he just gets a powerful uncomfortableness when he stays in one place to long. Maybe he hears the "tromp of the Alliance boots" getting close. Maybe it's cause he got addicted to the action and mobility of the military. Whatever the case, the next time the supply ship showed up, he signed on as mehanic, and the rest is history.

And Casual, I like your idea, I modified it a bit 'cause he's not a mechanic, and to encorporate a few other things in the game (Our war-criminal character for one), but thanks for the great idea :)

Hmmm....sorry about that; don't know where the mechanic notion came from.

No sweat with the ideas. Been a gamer for many, MANY years (most of that as GM). Coming up with background is just so much fun. Could you post the final version of Hitch's backstory?

I'll post it once I finalize a few things... I hafta find out just when Dawn's character bombed the town on Athens, and get ahold of the book for planet descriptions... but I will post it in my blog when I do :) shouldn't be too long.

I got really bored working on the lineart for the moment and decided to through on a few flat colors just to see... I think it's working out well.

This is a WIP design for the ship my players will have in an upcoming Serenity game I'll be running.

It was a blockade runner during the war.

I still need to add the extra engines to the bulb. It will have 4 engines added.

And yes, it used heavily of Firefly parts, but was heavily modified.

I'll have a deckplan and sideviews also.

Yes, you are seeing the Mach 5, you are not imagining it... That's Buckminsters Skiff... looong story. It's hanging from a crane from the cieling... only way I could think that we fit the skiff in the ship
