A sketch of River from the beginning of Serenity. I just love this image of her. She’s beautiful, and there’s just so much you can read into it… I don’t think I did it too much justice, but I liked they eyes, and I spent and fair amount of time on it. Any suggestions for improvement are welcome (though please be gentle, I’m a total baby sometimes). Hope you like it.

I love the shading on the far left of her hair...the way you played with the light. Very good. I'll give you the best piece of advice I was ever given...just draw what you see.

Here's probably my last animated gif for a while: Serenity in flight, frame by frame, from the beginning of the BDM. 100x235. Please tell me you like it, because this one took forever to make (260 frames!). And, if you like it, feel free to take it. But be warned, it is too big to be hosted on photobucket. I have been using imagesocket.com for the bigger animations.
