Does anyone know Serenity's registration number? It's mentioned in Bushwhacked ("No mandatory registration markings on the bow. Make sure we cite them for that.") but what the markings are, or what they are supposed to be, is not revealed, that I know of. Anybody know what Serenity's registration number or marking is supposed to be? I mean, I know NCC-1701 and I'm not even much of a Trekkie, but I have no idea about Serenity, and I readily admit to complete Firefly addiction.

I would like to include Serenity's registration number in an upcoming fanfic, so if anyone has information or an idea they'd like to share, I'd appreciate it.

Not exactly sure if you’ll get the right registration numbers, or if they pertain to Serenity only. But I think in the episode, Safe, River spouts off the ID, number as well as some other little jewels when Mal asks Simon if he can keep his sister quite so that she doesn’t spook the cattle.
That scene may be on You-Tube. Pretty easy to look it up there.Hope that helped. I'll keep and eye out for that story :)

That's actually the model and engine make, not the registration.

The visual companions have a copy of the registration papers in REALLY small ink, I'll see if I can't read em off.

Nope, no numbers on the registration papers. I'm not sure she has any.
