So whatever Trump has done that's "illegal" has yet to be decided by a jury, which hasn't even been convened yet. I guess you could say the jury is still out on that question, heh heh heh.

But as far as I can tell, he isn't even ALLEGED to have done anything illegal! "Trump's campaign staff had contacts with Russians"

Yeah. And ...?

The only allegation of illegal activity was Flynn not reporting a $33,000 speakers fee from RT. More importantly, his firm is alleged to have been paid $530,000 by Turkey (a NATO ally) to investigate Fethullah Gulen, a Turkish cleric and possible CIA asset exiled in the USA. And even more important (to me) was that Flynn and (former CIA director) Woolsey discussed - in a theoretical way- kidnapping Gulen and whisking him away to Turkey. http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/325698-flynn-discussed-how-
to-whisk-away-cleric-wanted-by-turkey-report

In any case, I don't see a strong pro-Russian ideological bias in Flynn's actions, since Turkey's Erdogan is an independent actor who mostly represents his own interests and who tends to ally with Saudi Arabia and Qatar when it comes to promoting terrorism.

Since that aspect of the Flynn story doesn't support the "Russia" narrative, you won't hear much about it, but I find it very strange.

It's still just an investigation but others have lied under oath SIG. Like Trumps son in law and his attorney general. Who, may have done it twice now. You keep deflecting from what's going on, but some of us have our eyes wide open.

I see you are still trying to minimize Flynns' part in this. Good luck with that. He has already committed at least one Felony. He will be talking, or going to jail.

First on CNN: Sources: Congress investigating another possible Sessions-Kislyak meeting

Congressional investigators are examining whether Attorney General Jeff Sessions had an additional private meeting with Russia's ambassador during the presidential campaign, according to Republican and Democratic Hill sources and intelligence officials briefed on the investigation.

In addition to congressional investigators, the FBI is seeking to determine the extent of interactions the Trump campaign team may have had with Russia's ambassador during the event as part of its broader counterintelligence investigation of Russian interference in the election.

He lied about meetings with the Russians twice now. He said he forgot, yet this all happened during the campaign. Explain that SIG. Jarrad lied about his meetings and phone calls with the Russians. Even though it is looking like he had a dozen contacts. He too said he forgot. Explain that SIG. Flynn lied about his contacts with the Russians during the campaign. Explain that SIG.

Your and 1ikikis' lack of concern would be suspect if we didn't know you are Russian trolls. With Jack it still appears to be a matter of stupidity.

He lied about meetings with the Russians twice now. He said he forgot, yet this all happened during the campaign.- THUGR

I heard his testimony. It was clear, to me, that the context of the question was whether or not he met with Russians in relation to the campaign. You could hear the stumble in his answer because it was awkwardly-phrased question. It's like a job interview: When someone asks you about your experience with "X", you wind up kicking yourself afterwards, thinking I should have also mentioned "Y" and "Z"

No he didn't. The day after he filled out his security clearance form he got back in touch with the FBI and

I can't explain Flynn. He omitted saying anything about being paid a speakers fee by RT, but more importantly he omitted saying anything about the $530,000 dollars his firm was paid by Turkey. I said before I thought he was a fast talker, always with an excuse for something going wrong. But I can't detect a pro-Russian bent in his actions because of his involvement with Turkey. I guess he has a major grotch against Iran but who knows what direction this guy is coming from? To me, THIS is the guy who needs sorting out.

As far as "contacts with Russians"... well, Hillary has had quite a few. So has Obama. So what?

You cannot make that argument if he did it again. It looks like he may have.

No SIG, on his security clearance form he only put two contacts down. As you said, after the fact. His willingness to testify is tied to the two contacts he reported. Not the others. This shit about his being willing to testify willingly came before these other revelations. He never disclosed the others. I look forward to him trying to talk his way out of this. It has been suggested by those in the know he already committed a felony.

Again with the Hillary shit. We're talking about the investigations regarding Trump and the Russians SIG, not Hillary. Flynn lied about meeting with the Russians. Possibly with Jarred in the room. What you post is other shit he is guilty of. He too has already committed a felony.

It's really becoming a bore speaking with dicks and liars. I mean, I just don't see the point in it.

Trump presented himself as the ultimate outsider who would rid Washington of special interest corruption and “drain the swamp.” And immediately after taking office, he signed a flashy executive order tightening restrictions on lobbyists’ work in the executive branch.

But he immediately began to staff the administration with people whose work seemed, on its face, to clearly violate the terms of the order. Rather than publicly grant waivers of ethics rules with a clearly stated rationale, the White House was simply routinely waiving ethics rules in secret so nobody knew how many waivers were issued or for what purpose.

After extensive back and forth with the Office of Government Ethics, Trump has finally provided documentation, and it shows that Trump's ethics rules are plainly meaningless. Is it illegal? Can't tell for all the continued secrecy. The only facts are who got a waiver to be unethical, but no facts about how much each thieving Trump employee is stealing. It's a secret!

Again with the Hillary shit. - THUGR
My point about Hillary - and Obama- is that their contacts with Russia should demonstrate TO YOU that "contacts" with Russian officials are not, in and of themselves, illegal. Neither is "communication". Doesn't it depend on WHAT was being discussed? I mean, if you can show that Trump or his staff were busy discussing the overthrow of the USA, or something like, then you would have a point.

But personally, I think that we have many things to discuss with Russia. I find the thought of NO contacts being more problematic, and more dangerous for us average Americans.
