This is the reboot of this thread.

There are so many scattered threads with Libtards here constantly denying the Special Counsel Investigators are biased.

So I'll post these facts where they can be referenced here.

First, they claim Mueller is a registered Republican. There is no confirmation of this claim.
Mueller stated in 2001 that he was a registered Republican at that time. In New York one must be Registered with a Party in order to vote. With a choice of being forced to vote for Criminal Democrats, or be able to vote for potentially honest candidates, any reasonable person must register as Republican. But a Republican in New York is often a RINO, essentially a Democrat in the Real World.
Mueller was enthusiastically supported by Chucky Schumer, and Appointed by Obama in 2011.
Upon Appointment as Special Counsel, Mueller resigned from WilmerHale.

Of the 19 known Special Counsel Investigators, none voted for Trump, none ever donated to Trump, and only one donated to any Republican (couple thousand, compared to over $38,000 donated to Democraps by this one donor). At least 13 are Registered Democraps, and 11 are Donors to only Democraps.
Highly unbiased, right?

Peter Strzok, (D), conspired with McCabe and Page to trump up Trump charges and produce fraudulent evidence in FISA Warrant Application, and cover up piles of crimes by Hilliary and Obama.

Lisa C. Page (D), conspired with McCabe and Strzok to trump up Trump charges and produce fraudulent evidence in FISA Warrant Application, and cover up piles of crimes by Hilliary and Obama.

Jeannie Rhee (D), from WilmerHale, Donated to Hilliary and Obama, other Democraps. Represented Hilliary in a lawsuit regarding use of a private email server. Also represented Clinton Crime Family Foundation.

James Quarles (D), from WilmerHale, donated to Hilliary and Obama.

Michael Dreeben (D), donated to Hilliary and Obama.

Elizabeth Prelogar (D), donated to Hilliary and Obama. Former Law Clerk to SCOTUS Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Elena Kagan.

Lawrence Rush Atkinson (D), donated to Hilliary.

Andrew Weissmann (D), donated to Obama and other Democraps.

Andrew Goldstein (D), donated to Obama.

Brandon Van Grack (D), donated to Obama. DoJ since 2010 (Obama Regime).

Aaron Zelinksky (D), has written excessively partisan articles for Liberal outlet HuffPost.

Adam Jed (D), donated to Democraps. Defended Abortion requirement in Obamacare, and argued to strike down the Definition of Marriage. Former Clerk for SCJ John Paul Stevens.

Greg Andres (D), donated to Democraps.

Ryan Dickey (D). Prosecuted Marcel Lehel, who hacked Sid Blumenthal's email and thus exposed Hilliary's illegal Private Email Address for Government work.

Kyle Freeny (D). Donated to Hilliary and Obama, worked in Obama's White House in 2011, vetting Appointees.

Aaron Zebley (no Party), from WilmerHale, donated to Democraps. Represented Hilliary Toadie Justin Cooper (phone smasher) regarding setup of Hilliary's private email server.

Zainab Ahmad (no Party). Recruited to DoJ by AG Loretta Lynch (Obama Regime).

Scott Andrew Cherney Meisler (no Party). DoJ CrimDiv since 2009 (Obama Regime)

Brian M. Richardson (no Party). Clerked for SCJ Stephen Breyer.

Brock W. Domin, FBI Special Agent.

Peter Carr, veteran DOJ spokesperson.

Maybe Bruce Orr.

Added December 2019:
Kevin Clinesmith - also ousted Feb 2018, around the same time as Strzok & Page.

More info will be posted here.

Mueller was appointed by Public Order on 17 May 2017.

Rhee represented Hilliary in a lawsuit regarding unsecured private email server, obstructing access to Hilliary's "private" emails which didnt exist. Also represented Clinton Crime Family Foundation for racketeering. And Obama Toadie Ben Rhodes for his crimes.

Zebley represented Hilliary Toadie Justin (Hilliary's cell phone smasher) Cooper regarding setup of Hilliary's unsecured private email server. Sounds like he only served in DoJ or FBI during 1990s (Clinton Regime) and later under Obama Regime, but not during Bush43 - haven't ironed out the details. FBI SA for 7 years (starting with Squad I-49 by 1998, likely after Jan 96 and then until after 2001), then AUSA in VA, then Mueller Chief of Staff at FBI (starting when Mueller extended in 2011 under Obama Regime), then DOJ NatSecDiv, then in Mar 2014 to WilmerHale.

Apparently Freeny provided highly biased, or fraudulent, or contemptuous representation for Obama pretending to enforce Federal Law, and lying to the Judge that Obama had not weakened Immigration Enforcement, invoking ire of Judge Andrew Hanen in 2016. When 26 States sued Obama.

Andres worked for DoJ only from 2010 to 2012 (Obama Regime).

Weissman attended Hilliary's Election Night Party, and praised Sally Yates for her refusal to perform her duties for Trump.

Wow. Weissmann is quite the Royal Snake. How is this crook not even disbarred yet?
OH! That's right, Obama Regime Department of Injustice only PROMOTES the most despicable lawyers, the most corrupt Prosecutors, the most Malicious Persecutors, the most heinously unjust Officers of The Court.

I am unsure I can even explain this adequately.

Remember the Arthur Anderson corrupted Prosecution by intensely corrupt prosecutors? The Make Believe crimes dreamt up by the Prosecutors? The 9-0 SCOTUS ruling vacating the Fake Convictions?

Remember the Wrongful Convictions of the 4 Merrill Lynch execs?

Remember the Malicious Prosecution of Senator Ted Stevens by corrupt Prosecutors?

Remember the Cartagena Sex scandal cover-up, where only USSS and Military personnel were fired, but all White House and Obamabot participants escaped unscathed?

Remember when a District Court Judge had to explain to an Enron defendant that he was pleading guilty to a crime that didn't exist?

Matthew Friedrich was the corrupt Prosecutor on Ted Stevens.

Lisa Monaco and Kathryn Ruemmler were the corrupt Prosecutors able to wrongfully convict the Merrill Lynch 4 of Fake Crimes.

Friedrich, his mentor and boss Leslie Caldwell, and boss Weissmann together were the corrupt Prosecutors which annihilated Arthur Anderson and their 85,000 employees with Fake Convictions.

The mentoring, training, tutelage, seeds of these corrupt practices for unjust Prosecutions were developed among Task Force Leader Weissmann, Monaco, Ruemmler, Caldwell, Friedrich in the FBI's Enron Task Force, under Director Mueller. The Arthur Anderson trumped up case was corrupted as part of The Enron Task Force. Perhaps Mueller learned this from his Malicious Persecution of Richard Jewell.

Matthew Friedrich was promoted Acting Assistant AG in the Obama Regime.

Leslie Caldwell was promoted to Assistant AG in the Obama Regime until Jan 2017.

Kathy Ruemmler (D) was promoted to Principal Associate Deputy AG in Jan 2009, and White House Counsel from 2011-14, and was integrally involved in The IRS email scandal cover-up, the Benghazi cover-up, the Solyndra cover-up, the Cartagena Sex scandal cover-up, and the Recess Appointment circumvention of Law. She was reportedly the real world model for Olivia Pope. She had previously served as Associate Counsel to Slick Willie 2000-01.

Lisa Monaco (D) was promoted to WH National Security Advisor from 2013-Jan 2017 after Asst AG from 2011-13. All in Obama Regime. She previously suckled as Counsel to AG Janet Reno 1998-2001, then after Enron as Special Counselor to Dir Mueller, Deputy Chief of Staff, CoS until 2009 (replaced by Zebley).

Merrill Lynch Convictions were Vacated by 5th US Court of Appeals in 2006.
Arthur Anderson Convictions were reversed 9-0 by SCOTUS in 2005.

The most heinous practices of corruption were fostered, nurtured, developed, rewarded by Mueller and Obama.
Horrifying that each of these are not rotting in prison.

Well, I know I have not finished compiling the data.

I'm beginning to consider if this is a never-ending rats nest.

So far no evidence that Mueller or Rosenstein have allowed any fair, balanced, unbiased nonpartisan professionals to get near the Witch Hunt.
Perhaps more accurately, nobody is considered unless they are first proven to be highly biased against Trump and/or GOP.

In wake of McCabe firing, Trump lawyer calls for end to Mueller's probe

March 17 (UPI) -- A lawyer for President Donald Trump on Saturday said Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein should end Robert Mueller's investigation into whether Trump's campaign had ties with Russia.

John Dowd made the statement after Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, one of the first officials at the bureau to scrutinize possible links between the Trump team and Russian election meddling.

You got that thrill crawling up your leg?
Didn't MSM report that Rosenstein or Wray fired McCabe?

For some reason you neglected to mention that Rosenstein clearly stated that expansion of the probe beyond Trump-Russia-Collusion must be approved by him. Certainly the reverse should be true.

Sessions had recused himself specifically from the Trump-Russia Collusion Investigation because he had been an advisor and surrogate for the 2016 Trump Campaign. He did not recuse himself from any tax or IRS matter, or any business dealings from before the campaign, or any misstatements uttered by subordinates, or anything that the SC has filed charges about, or convened Grand Juries about.

Did Sessions recuse himself from legal matters of Mike Cohen unrelated to Trump-Russia Collusion? Or have Mueller and Rosenstein become unmoored from their Authority, granting themselves Unconstitutional Powers?

JewelStaiteFan, raiding the office of a lawyer suspected of bank fraud is how prosecutors do their job. A famous Federal prosecutor explains:

Former New York mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani, a friend of Trump, called the Cohen raids “a little heavy-handed.”

“Is this surprising? Yes,” said Giuliani, also a former U.S. attorney. “Is it extraordinary? No. This is the way prosecutors get information — sometimes to convict and prosecute, sometimes to exculpate.”

Criticizing Mueller for veering into “highly personal issues,” such as the alleged Daniels encounter, Giuliani added, “The only thing that’s happening, perhaps, is that Mueller is trying to compel the president to testify.”

See JewelStaiteFan, Cohen has long been a fixer for Trump, as well as his family and business. He’s done the dirty work that Trump hasn’t wanted to do himself, and he’s been doing it for a decade. It is never unconstitutional to raid a suspected crooked lawyer’s office. Cohen does not have Presidential immunity or a pardon, yet. Maybe Trump should have pardoned Cohen on his first day in office?

It’s not easy to search a practicing lawyer’s office. As The Washington Post reported, “To serve a search warrant on a practicing attorney, federal prosecutors are required to obtain approval from top Justice Department officials. That means the acting U.S. attorney in Manhattan, Geoffrey S. Berman, ... as well as Justice Department officials in Washington, probably signed off.”

Attorney General Jeff Sessions appointed Berman to the job in January. Berman has a reputation among his friends and co-workers as a sharp, hard-working lawyer. And he’s certainly not part of any Democratic cabal out to get Trump: He donated $5,400 to Trump’s presidential campaign.

Berman also met personally with Trump when he was up for the job, according to CNN.

Trump fired the previous U.S. attorney in Manhattan, Preet Bharara, just three months into his presidency. Bharara rejected Trump’s overtures to establish a direct line of communication, and he told the White House he did not find the contact appropriate. Less than a day later, Trump fired him. Is now the time for Trump to fire the acting U.S. attorney in Manhattan, Geoffrey S. Berman?

I heard a former FEC Chairman clearly state that pretending to consider any Cohen payment as a "contribution in kind" was preposterous.

Of the many valid points absent from the Libtard discussion, I have not recalled oft mention of the Jan 2000 Clinton DoJ Constitutional Brief regarding pursuit of indictment against a sitting President.

The Clinton Libtards detailed why this should not be happening. This is the most recent and current legal position of the US Government.

Are Rosenstein, Mueller, and the other Libtards hell bent on destroying or circumventing the Constitution?

The Clinton Libtards detailed why this should not be happening. This is the most recent and current legal position of the US Government.

Are Rosenstein, Mueller, and the other Libtards hell bent on destroying or circumventing the Constitution?

I had hoped to locate a copy of the report or memorandum, but so far it has proven elusive.

I only found this so far:

I was mistaken, it was not Jan 2000, but Oct 2000.

Goodbye, kind world (George Monbiot) - In common with all those generations which have contemplated catastrophe, we appear to be incapable of understanding what confronts us.

For those who need a teaser to click on the link, here is the opening paragraph:
Quote:

In 1973, the Department concluded that the indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would impermissibly undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions. We have been asked to summarize and review the analysis provided in support of that conclusion, and to consider whether any subsequent developments in the law lead us today to reconsider and modify or disavow that determination.1 We believe that the conclusion reached by the Department in 1973 still represents the best interpretation of the Constitution.

So anyway ... anyone up for a rational, fact-based, and civil discussion about the topic?

And for those partisan readers, October 2000 was during President Clinton's Regime.

I also don't really hear Libtards adequately rationalizing why Strzok and Comey crafted Hilliary's exoneration 2 months before bothering to ask the first question of any interview or start any pretense of Investigation.

This is a somewhat hilarious denial of the facts by Libtard Politifact, but it supports some facts about this team.

Apparently James Comey announced in the Manderson Pooper interview that he was not a Republican.
There goes another Libtard claim/denial out the window.

I cannot access the story right now, but I think it was by Michael Doran. The story may have been from 13 March 2018. "The Real Collusion Story" sounds like the story, but I cannot confirm.

More details have been clarified.
One monkey, Clapper, directed FBI Director Comey to broach the Fake Dossier to Trump, and then to leak the subject to media. Clapper also contacted media to let them be on the lookout for the upcoming leak.

Yesterday on some Libtard Fake Story show, maybe Meet The Depressed, Comey was "interviewed" with a softball tossing exchange.
Comey stated that it was his "assignment" to inform Trump about the existence of the Fake Dossier which Trump did not know about, but it was not part of his "assignment" to inform Trump about other pertinent details surrounding this Fake Dossier which Trump also did not know about. Apparently these details included Comey's knowing the Fake Dossier was paid for by Hilliary and other Libtard Criminals.
The purpose of broaching the subject with Trump was to make it "newsworthy" for Fake News scriptwriters.

How detrimental to Comey's Criminal Defense will this admission of his be? How deep did he step in it?

Finally, the House has drafted Articles of Impeachment.
Against Rod Rosenstein.

What took them so long?

And the list of Perjury Trap questions Mueller wants to Trap Trump with has been released.
None of them have any relation to any crimes, let alone any Collusion.

Since everybody already agrees Rod Rosenstein was the person who made the recommendation to Trump to fire Comey, why is Mueller not asking Rosenstein the reasons, instead of asking Trump for Rosenstein's reasons?

Apparently today Federal Judge T.S. Ellis declared the Mueller team are plainly liars.

Maybe we should refer to them as The Muelliar Team.

Sounds like the Judge might throw out all of the Manafort non-case.

Peripheral to this topic, but MSM reported Trump's approval rating as 51%, and now even Shifty Schiff is pleading for Libtards and other Democraps to SHUT UP about Impeachment, Indictment, and Investigation.

A good surgeon won’t give false hope to a patient with two inoperable tumors. Trump is brain cancer. Pence is liver cancer. If one doesn’t kill, the other will. The Democrats recommend hospice care and large doses of morphine for this White House.

I believed I warned about Pence in the second post on the Trump Impeachment Clock thread about a year and a half ago.

I'm glad we're all finally getting on board with that warning.

https://washingtonmonthly.com/2018/05/04/more-serious-than-watergate/

I understand the line Rep. Adam Schiff is trying to walk in his New York Times editorial. Schiff is the ranking Democratic member of the House Intelligence Committee and he is well aware of how much incriminating evidence has already been gathered on the president, his associates, and his campaign.

Schiff wisely counsels caution and patience for reasons that span everything from an interest in national unity to simple pragmatism to partisan electoral strategy. The impeachment of a president is a weighty prospect and when necessary it requires the greatest possible consensus. If it is seen as politically motivated or an attempt to nullify an election, it not only can be harmful to the country but it might even prevent the president’s party from doing what the facts morally obligate them to do.

For these reasons, the Democrats would be wise to treat any possible impeachment as hypothetical rather than as a campaign promise.

Regarding the full team, I keep hearing about Bruce Orr being there, but can't find confirmation.
