The documents he's been hiding behind have just been Declassified. He has been ranting hair-on-fire that all of the treasonous, CYA, Corrupt actions of the Liberals was all "National Security" all this time. But now the unredacted version will be released, likely later this week or next.

edit: I have posted linkies on 30 March 2019.
If I Recall Correctly, ShiftyShiff kept denying that these should be released, as Nunes and Grassley had requested, by claiming they protected classified information, not merely hiding instances of Partisan Democrat abuse under Obama.

FBI, DOJ To Defy Trump Order; Redactions Planned As Top 'Deep State' Dems Demand Insubordination

Despite President Trump's Monday order for the "immediate declassification" of sensitive materials related to the Russia investigation, "without redaction," the agencies involved are planning to do so anyway, according to Bloomberg, citing three people familiar with the matter.

The Justice Department, FBI and Office of the Director of National Intelligence are going through a methodical review and can’t offer a timeline for finishing, said the people, who weren’t authorized to speak publicly about the sensitive matter. -Bloomberg

Trump ordered the DOJ to release the text messages of former FBI Director James Comey, his deputy Andrew McCabe, now-fired special agent Peter Strzok, former FBI attorney Lisa Page and twice-demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr.

Also ordered released are specific pages from the FBI's FISA surveillance warrant application on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page, as well as interviews with Ohr.

The DOJ and the FBI are expected to submit proposed redactions to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence - which will prepare a package for Trump to sign off on.

"When the president issues such an order, it triggers a declassification review process that is conducted by various agencies within the intelligence community, in conjunction with the White House counsel, to seek to ensure the safety of America’s national security interests," a Justice Department spokesman said in a statement. "The department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are already working with the Director of National Intelligence to comply with the president’s order."

The agencies are likely to cite national security concerns over revealing classified "sources and methods" pertaining to the Russia investigation - which will put them in direct conflict with Trump's order. Trump, as president, has the power to override the agencies and declassify material on his own.

Trump's order to release the documents comes after months of requests from GOP lawmakers, while the DOJ has repeatedly denied their requests for more transparency.

The FBI's spy...

According to Bloomberg, the DOJ is interpreting Trump's request to include information about the use of confidential informant (spy) Stephan Halper during the early stages of the Trump-Russia investigation. After taking in over $400,000 from the Obama Pentagon under the auspices of a research contract, Halper befriended and spied on members of the Trump campaign, including aides Carter Page and George Papadopoulos.

Showdown?

Top Congressional Democrats Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff and Mark Warner penned a joint letter to ODNI Director Dan Coates, Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray demanding that the agencies defy President Trump.

In the letter, the lawmakers "express profound alarm" at the decision to "intervene in an ongoing law enforcement investigation that may implicate the President himself or those around him."

"Any decision by your offices to share this material with the President or his lawyers will violate longstanding Department of Justice polices, as well as assurances you have provided to us."

The letter then demands that the agencies brief the Gang of Eight before releasing the materials "to anyone at the White House."

SO the FBI and DOJ don't want to release unredacted information to the American public?

Why do you supposed that is?

Because it would show that the FBI and DOJ worked hand-in-glove with (DNC-paid) Fusion/MI6 to cook up a "dossier", which was then give to McCain and therefore the Senate?

That our "intelligence" people routinely use MI6 to cook up phony "reports" (Iraq WMD was a "slam dunk", according to MI6, remember?) to pretend that it's coming from an objective third party?

That this phony "dossier" was used as the basis for a FISA warrant?

That the FBI has completely corrupted the FISA warrant process, and that ANYone can be surveilled for any reason, or no reason at all?

That the contents of the dossier were leaked to the press, and then the press clippings were used as a "prextext" (Strzok's own description) to interrogate people?

That Obama was using the security state to target a political rival?

That some people ("Professor" Mifsud, Seth Rich, Wikileaks security analyst Arjen Kamphius) embedded in the process conveniently turn up deeply missing, or dead?

GEE.... WHAT DO YOU SUPPOSE THEY MIGHT BE HIDING?

Well, at least I think I know why this "adults in the room" meme was being pushed, because it didn't make sense from a Republican Party standpoint because AFA the elections are concerned, it would throw it to the Dems. That would be a real foot-shot, so clearly, the goal wasn't about the elections.

Nope, I think the meme is being pushed to drum up popular support for a "coup" by open insubordination.

I'm deeply grateful to SECOND for publishing part of Woodward's book, because it offered me a chance to see what kind of nonsense the "adults in the room" were spouting. Now I know not to believe a jot of what they say, or what is published on their behalf.

President Trump added a major caveat to his Monday order to release all text messages related to the Russia investigation with no redactions, as well as specific pages from the FBI's FISA surveillance warrant application on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page, and interviews with the DOJ's Bruce Ohr.

In a Friday morning Tweet, Trump said: "I met with the DOJ concerning the declassification of various UNREDACTED documents. They agreed to release them but stated that so doing may have a perceived negative impact on the Russia probe. Also, key Allies’ called to ask not to release. Therefore, the Inspector General has been asked to review these documents on an expedited basis. I believe he will move quickly on this (and hopefully other things which he is looking at). In the end I can always declassify if it proves necessary. Speed is very important to me - and everyone!"

One of the things that a lot of people don't know about is that our CIA works very closely with MI6 (UK intelligence). In fact, if the CIA wants something introduced from a (presumably neutral) third party, they go to MI6 for it.

Not sure if you all recall, but MI6 was where our "intelligence" agencies pointed to when asked where THEY got their intell about Iraqi WMD; the British report called it a "slam dunk".

Not too surprising, then, that it would be MI6 that would be shitting bricks about an upcoming declassification of all of the background documents concerning the Steel "dossier", the FISA warrant, and the communication going on between those entities that cooked it up.

Quote:

UK Begged Trump Not To Declassify Russia Docs; Cited "Grave Concerns" Over Steele Involvement

The British government "expressed grave concerns" to the US government over the declassification and release of material related to the Trump-Russia investigation, according to the New York Times* President Trump ordered a wide swath of materials "immediately" declassified "without redaction" on Monday, only to change his mind later in the week by allowing the DOJ Inspector General to review the materials first. The Times reports that the UK's concern was over material which "includes direct references to conversations between American law enforcement officials and Christopher Steele," the former MI6 agent who compiled the infamous "Steele Dossier."

The UK's objection, according to former US and British officials, was over revealing Steele's identity in an official document, "regardless of whether he had been named in press reports."

We would note, however, that Steele's name was contained within the Nunes Memo - the House Intelligence Committee's majority opinion in the Trump-Russia case.

Steele also had extensive contacts with DOJ official Bruce Ohr and his wife Nellie, who - along with Steele - was paid by opposition research firm Fusion GPS in the anti-Trump campaign. Trump called for the declassification of FBI notes of interviews with Ohr, which would ostensibly reveal more about his relationship with Steele. Ohr was demoted twice within the Department of Justice for lying about his contacts with Fusion GPS.

Perhaps the Brits are also concerned since much of the espionage performed on the Trump campaign was conducted on UK soil throughout 2016. Recall that Trump aid George Papadopoulos was lured to London in March, 2016, where Maltese professor Joseph Mifsud fed him the rumor that Russia had dirt on Hillary Clinton. It was later at a London bar that Papadopoulos would drunkenly pass the rumor to Australian diplomat Alexander Downer (who Strzok flew to London to meet with).

Also recall that CIA/FBI "informant" (spy) Stefan Halper met with both Carter Page and Papadopoulos in London.

... In total, Halper received over $1 million from the Obama Pentagon for "research," over $400,000 of which was granted before and during the 2016 election season.

In short, it's understandable that the UK would prefer to hide their involvement in the "witch hunt" of Donald Trump since much of the counterintelligence investigation was conducted on UK soil. And if the Brits had knowledge of the operation, it will bolster claims that they meddled in the 2016 US election by assisting what appears to have been a set-up from the start.

I think these documents do more for Trump if they are NOT unveiled. The longer that Trump holds them over a fire, the more those featured in them will squeal. That way, the plotters reveal themselves; and the various anti-Trump functionaries/politicized intelligence actors in the USA (and elsewhere) will be separated from others who are just doing their jobs.

According to latest gossip, the real politicization took place at the Comey-Rosenstein-Brennan-Lynch-Obama-Hillary-GCHQ level. This specific plot was not an organic "resistance" at the ground level (altho there are any number of employees who are "slow walking" Trump's directives) but fully-directed from above. Strzok was an all-too willing participant who probably thought that this would further his career, and Liza Page has turned and is "singing like a bird". Again, just gossip; all anonymously-based.

MORE FROM ZH

Quote:

Rod Rosenstein Resigns As Deputy Attorney General

After Friday night's blockbuster NYT report in which, according to Andrew McCabe's personal files, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein offered to record President Trump (whether in jest or not) and proposed invoking Article 25, speculation has intensified that President Trump may fire Rosenstein imminently. And while many of Trump's allies have urged caution, fearing a trap, moments ago Axios reported that Rosenstein has decided to preempt that step by verbally resigning to Chief of Staff John Kelly in anticipation of being fired by President Trump, according to a source with direct knowledge.

Within minutes of Axios' report hitting the tape, several other media organizations (including ABC, AP ad Bloomberg) piled on, saying Rosenstein was on his way to the White House to be fired.

Per a source close to Rosenstein: "He’s expecting to be fired," so he plans to step down.

The exact timing of the resignation is unclear, but he isn’t expected to be in job after Monday, according to another person familiar with the matter. The move comes after reports that Rosenstein suggested to colleagues last year that he would secretly record conversations with President Donald Trump.

However, as the NYT clarified, it wasn't immediately clear whether Rosenstein was going to resign, or if he was heading to the White House expecting to be fired. Complicating matters further, MSNBC is reporting that Rosenstein will not resign, as he will "have" to be fired.

It's worth pointing out that Trump is in New York City for the UN General Assembly. And while Bloomberg reported that Rosenstein's resignation letter had been accepted, the NYT said it wasn't clear whether Trump would even accept Rosie's resignation so close to the mid-term elections, which would in effect force the Deputy AG to quit, or reluctantly stay on.

You gotta love this shit. Are you really this thick SIG? Let's take it from the top shall we.

Zero Hedge is an English-language financial blog that aggregates news and presents editorial opinions from original and outside sources. The news portion of the site is written by a group of editors who collectively write under the pseudonym Tyler Durden (a character from the novel and film Fight Club)

Aggregate: a material or structure formed from a loosely compacted mass of fragments or particles.

Blog: a regularly updated website or web page, typically one run by an individual or small group that is written in an informal or conversational style. In this case SIG the blog is structured to favor Russia in order to spread Russian propaganda and havoc. As I've shown earlier in this thread, this was collaborated by one of it's creators. It can in no way to be considered factual, or be relied upon to convey accurate information, yet it is your number one source here in this threads.

Goodbye, kind world (George Monbiot) - In common with all those generations which have contemplated catastrophe, we appear to be incapable of understanding what confronts us.

I LOVE how you so consistently troll without evidence, va-JJ.

But then, you and your ilk never seem to even know what 'evidence' is.

The problem you have kiki is that while I was locked out of my account I posted as JJ and told everyone with the fist and many subsequent posts who I was and what was going on.

Oops, kiki's caught in another misleading post. What is it with you and some others here breaking out in a rash whenever the truth is posted? OH I forgot, I 'm dealing with a troll.

I did have a problem for a brief period but was upfront with everyone. Again, who do you think sees this that doesn't know all the facts. Are you that stupid? There's only a handful of us who post here. My friends and you russian trolls. It's really sad how much you need to lash out as your posts get picked apart here.

I think that's funny and gratifying truth be told. Do you find that funny?

Get off your high horse. You outright accused me of sockpuppetry with my 6ixStringJoker name which was obviously me, and which I stated for everybody to see why I had done it before I posted anything.

Your four or five different names you've had recently do seem kind of excessive and annoying, but there's no denying any of them are you.

No dummy I did not. I knew from the get go what was happening. And as I did, you tried to keep as true to your handle as possible and you talked about it.

There is no way Jack I've ever called you a sockpuppet. A moron, dummy, perv and other things sure, but never a puppet. Whether you'll admit that or not is of no importance to me.

Axios Issues Critical "Clarification" To Rosenstein Resignation Report
Note for readers: I regret the way I wrote this morning's version of the story. By saying Rosenstein had "verbally resigned" to Kelly rather than "offered his resignation," I conveyed a certainty that this fluid situation didn’t deserve. It’s an important nuance, and I regret the wording.

Why must you insist upon quoting and reading drivel from people who cannot read The Constitution?

The Constitution is the only relevant document for the pretense of discussion within your linky, and The Constitution clearly lays out exactly what avenues exist for consideration regarding The President. And what you and these Tards are implying is nonexistent. Just because some insidious Liberal incestuously suggests what you dream could be true does not make it true.

Let's see, the sources are the makings of the perfect storm of GOP bias:

zerohedge, a "no longer employed FBI lawyer," Fox News, 2 un-named Republicans who can't be checked because it was a closed door session.

No chance for any political bias there!

I posted the OP in something of a vacuum of context, but at the time it was current events.

I will now add some linkies about what I was talking about. Others posted in this thread, such as Signym, many helpful links and content. I will try to make this information more complete.
I'm also trying to find the actual released text or transcript.
I have not been able to keep up with much of this topic, but kept trying to get back to it. Much patience is needed to endure the stall tactics of lying deceitful Democrats.

To be clear, there seems to be no evidence of any information Classified for National Security.
So this then proves that ShiftyShiff was lying his head off about any valid excuse for keeping these documents Classified. Dems were subjugating the Classification process to hide their crimes.
