What strikes me from it - even as a child when I first saw it - is it's as old as the hills, very simple in application, and it works (if you're sh*tty and despicable enough to use it)! Getting back to the "evidence" thread ... OK, I've been there. Here's what I think of the "evidence"

The Steele "dossier's" most lurid parts have been discredited.

There is no evidence that Russia gave the DNC/Podesta emails to Assange (but for some strange reason, Mueller refused to follow up on that by talking to Assange himself)

Not a single packet of info supposedly transmitted overseas was ever intercepted by the NSA

The meetings between Papadopoulos and "others" ... these "others" had been put in his path deliberately. It was a setup in order to create a FISA warrant. And it turns out that Papadopoulos WAS being recorded, and "exculpatory" evidence was omitted from the FISA warrant application.

The meeting between a Russian lawyer and Don Jr. This lawyer, Veselniskaya, met with Fusion GPS' Glenn Simpson the day before and the day after the meeting with Don Jr. Was this meeting with Don Jr a setup too?

Despite the Trump campaign being ACTIVELY surveilled by both humans and eletronically, not a shred of evidence was found of any sort of communication between them and Russian intelligence.

Despite over two years of investigation after-the-fact, not a shred of evidence was found of any sort of collusion* between the Trump campaign and Russia.

There were meetings? Yeah, so what? Hillary met with Russians dozens of times, as did Obama.

So I'm left wondering ... what SPECIFICALLY points to some sort of grand conspiracy?

And also, I have another question/piece of advice: You would not be so paranoid about all of this little shit if you had a more focused idea of what Trump is doing to betray the USA, specifically in favor of RUSSIA!!! There are a lot of things I disagree with Trump about, but I think overall he's doing a far better job of representing the USA's interests than Obama ever did, or Hillary ever would have.

So if you would please explain what it is that Trump is doing that troubles you so much, I'd be interested in reading it.

Reason I tried it is I have a tendency to wake up during procedures. I sat up and looked my dentist in the face and asked him "if he was done yet" when I was 16 and they had me completely knocked out to remove my wisdom teeth... He said in 20 years he had never had that happen and that I scared him to death. Also tried to remove a tube during an ERCP that could have perfed my insides and made me bleed out. Woke up just long enough to hear the tech scream "OH SHIT SHE'S NOT OUT!!"

Oxycodone also makes me throw up like an exorcist. Guess I got rebel really deep in my blood

I'll tell you what worries me: Financial freeze-up leading to economic and social collapse. (And eventually political collapse). The root cause of the Great Recession (too much debt) was never solved, it was just rolled over into more debt. This isn't JUST Trump's fault, Obama oversaw eight years of reduced interest rates, quantitative easing and the buildup of even MORE debt. Much of that "free money" from the banks went to fund the "everything bubble" - stock bubble, bond bubble, real estate bubble. A crap-ton of "financial products" and derivatives based on specious loans. When the merry-go-round stops it'll be like 2008 all over again... stocks, bonds, and real estate will collapse, banks will go bust, businesses will fail, pension funds, and insurances will go broke, people will be unemployed - again. Only this time China will break off of the American economy and the USD will suffer a fatal blow.

They say that every city is only three days away from riots; that's how much food is stored. We don't have enough of a society to pull ourselves together to get thru this. If there's enough disorder, we will WELCOME martial law. Just saying.
