Easy to do when people just repeat things from bad sources and that happens a lot "I saw it on Twitter," or youtube or whatever. It's also why it's so easy to use those platforms to spread fake news. People are not very discerning and want to hear what they want to hear.
The same thing happened with his purported "Mexicans are rapists," fake news comment that was taken out of context, "some of them are..." was missing.
But it was a BS Fear comment, so in the end almost the same thing anyway.
My feeling is he says enough stupid sh*t we don't have to make anything up - let the mouth breather hang himself on his own words.

All while Dem candidates are doxing Trump campaign contributors, retirees and companies. After Maxine Waters screams into a microphone for people to get up in the faces and harass Trump supporters and force them to leave.
