Quote:Originally posted by 6IXSTRINGJACK: Oh... BTW... Trump's aggregate approval is now 45.1% at RCP. Funny that, considering impeachment proceedings have begun. Another Democrat hilarious backfire in the making. Democrat politicians aren't doing anything but jerking themselves off with an impeachment that is bound to fail passing through the Senate in the first place. Pelosi knew this, and was wise to fight against it. The only people who support Impeachment are those who would never have voted for Trump in the first place. The ones who will, obviously, are not for it. But most independents and not a small portion of Democrat voters don't think it's a good idea. On top of all of this, by impeaching the President, you give him a get out of jail free card on the economy if it starts going south as well. Even if not entirely true, it's hard to argue that the impeachment of a standing President won't have a negative effect on the economy. I'm unclear why Pelosi would change her tune on it now. Seems like a very large mistake to make this late in the game. I'm beginning to think that all Democrat politicians and the lefty MSM are on Trump's payroll. They're doing a fine job making Trump look good by making themselves look as bad as they possibly can with every waking breath. Do Right, Be Right. :)

No change there. Fox News comes in with a 43, but Fox News always has low polls for Trump. I'm not exactly sure why that is. Probably to give the illusion of "Fair and Balanced" that they're always trying to push. The "big news" would be the Economist poll, up to 46 from 42. 46 is a "tie" for what seems to be Trump's approval ceiling for that poll, which he's hit quite a few times this year. At the end of the day, we're still at 43.6% for the aggregate halfway into the week. Not looking good for the Never Trumprs, despite all the talks of impeachment, since Barry had roughly the same approval rating at the same time during his presidency after 3 straight years of the Legacy Media blowing him. Do Right, Be Right. :)

Those surveyed said 51% to 43% that Trump should be impeached and removed from office. Four percent said he should be impeached but not removed from office, and 40% said he should not be impeached at all. The poll also showed a clear partisan divide. Of Democrats surveyed, 85% said Trump should be impeached and removed, as did 13% of Republicans. Those opposed to impeachment and removal included 9% of Democrats and 82% of Republicans. This poll is among the first to show that roughly half of Americans support impeachment and removal from office. It lines up with a Politico/Morning Consult survey also released Wednesday that said support for removal was at 50%." Oops.
