Not the same of course. Biden withheld money to get a corrupt prosecutor fired. It was actually under that prosecutor that action against Burisma stalled. The firing of Shorkin was met by most observers as a good thing for Ukraine. Trump's threats were soley for Trump - withholding money unless someone makes up dirt on his political rival. But whatever - they can both can be bad. It's not an either or.

Face it, Trump's a selfish lying scumbag, and these are the things he does and will keep doing.
