They can't even control their own drug kingpins bc of rampant poverty and internal corruption. I think this is truly beyond them. If we want them to take this seriously Biden* would have to offer both a threat (withholding aid, or trade, or both) and a reward (money for their own southern border control). Plus, it would be helpful if we could manage to not be such a huge market for drugs coming thru Mexico.

All true, but I'd love to see anybody from Mexico do anything if we just dropped all of the Illegal Aliens off there.
