The precise reasons for Mr. Bragg’s pullback are unknown, and he has made few public statements about the status of the inquiry since taking office. In a statement responding to the resignations of the prosecutors, a spokeswoman for Mr. Bragg said that he was “grateful for their service” and that the investigation was ongoing. -NYT

The complicated ins and outs and convoluted pathway of how Trump moved his money will completely stymie a prosecutor attempting to get a jury of 12 rather stupid Arizonans to understand what Trump did. The DA will decide to not prosecute because Trump can spend millions to defend himself (the DA will have to match that spending to win this case) and Trump will drag this case all the way to the Arizona Supreme Court and maybe the US Supreme Court. It is too expensive for a county government to prosecute Trump and win, no matter how guilty Trump is. But there is a certain kind of voter who would vote for a crook like Trump because that voter is also a crook.

Last I heard, all cases of "Trump's losses" were dismissals on technicalities, none were decided on or allowed to present evidence.
Filed suit a day too early, a day too late, used the wrong form, filed before the Election Theft, filed after the Election Theft, wrong person filed, when the right person filed, it wAs too late.

Any case which actually was decided on evidence, Trump won, right?
