AFAIK anything that he hasn't already gotten overturned by bringing it to a court that isn't full of partisan hacks in an area where they wouldn't be able to stuff a jury full of Trump-hating partisan hacks will now all just disappear.

Maybe keep this thread up long enough to document all the wins and keep track of anything that has yet to be overturned until the day that it happens.

I'm actually besides myself with shock at this moment. When in the last 8 years have you seen a judge of any race or color who was appointed by Joe Biden* or Barack Obama* rule in favor of Trump or Republicans in general? And a black woman to boot?

Do we actually have a good justice that was appointed by Democrats who actually has the critical thinking skills the rest of them don't possess?
