Yup... I'm hearing that pardons with an autopen aren't valid.

If true, what little is left of Joe Biden*'s mind somehow managed to fuck over hundreds of Democrats and allies.

Including, of course, Dr. Fauci.

Joe Biden* signed his son's pardon with a real pen. Funny that, innit?

Word is, none of the other Biden* family pardons were signed with a real pen.

I think he walked out those White House doors knowing that he protected his son and he was fucking over every person in the Democratic Party who fucked him, including his own family.

I'm curious to see what Trump says about this fiasco when the day comes that he's issuing pardons again. You know he's going to bring it up.

I can't really speculate on what he'll be saying then until we know what the fallout of what all these autopen pardons is going to be.

Well... It appears that in all that time he's the only one even pretending to try.

It's nice to have hope about it for the first time in my life.

But yeah... I've become the bummer at parties after the election myself. I align myself 180 degrees against those with political power because life has taught me it's in your best interest to do and think the exact opposite of what they're telling you to do an think.

I've seen a few things happening today that got my Spidey-Senses tingling. My biggest problem so far was hearing Trump in an interview talking about militarizing police to take care of illegals, and immediately I thought "oh boy... here we go again...

I am NO fan of police. I never have been. But I know that in a society with human beings they are a necessary evil given the alternative that lawlessness or even just a completely corrupt and/or inept police force give us. We've watched 4 years of that descent into madness during the Biden* shit-show.

I even said in here at one point "I knew the Democrats were in trouble when they had me taking the side of the police".

And now, in the name of removing illegals, we're going to go back to the GWB years of heavily militarizing local police forces, which also means that those forces will become completely dependent on continuing that federal funding in perpetuity. And just like the schools voluntarily teaching the exact curriculum the Department of Education forced onto our kids for that continued funding, the police forces will do whatever they're told to keep getting it.

That's all well and good if everybody is doing great, and everything is being governed by honest people. But those two things rarely ever happen... possibly never at the same time in human history. Our "normal" as human beings is corruption and perpetual abuse by the hands of the government. It always has been. And under Trump we will now be continuing the federalization of the local police forces that GWB started 24 years ago.

It doesn't matter that I like the reason he's doing it this time. I'm thinking about what happens AFTER we got all the illegals out and that monster needs to keep feeding itself and justifying its own existence. Like everything else in government, it will not be disbanded when it is no longer needed. It will be double the size that it is today by the time that happens.
