If memory serves, Bill Barr headed the justice department and called for the Durham investigation. He did it to appease a republican congress, they insisted. And he mispresented the Muller report so badly that Muller gave a public statement saying so.

The larger point comrade, is that the investigation lasted twice as long as the Muller investigation, and cost at least twice as much as well. What did they find; nothing. It was a bust; a joke.

Yes yes yes, the Durham investigation was all about Trump. It was supposed to be payback but it sank under the weight of its own hypocrisy. They did try and railroad a guy, but he beat the charge.
