Technically, 6ix is correct, all 4 statements.

Have you ever paid a bill, an invoice, with a check?

First, writing a check is the first misdemeanor count, under New York Law.
Second, recording in the checkbook ledger the date, check number, payee, and amount is the second misdemeanor.
Third, notating on the Invoice the same data, is the third misdemeanor.

For 11 months, the monthly Invoices (bills) were paid by check - not by Trump, but by some nameless flunky or accountant in Trump's business. This is 33 of the counts, all misdemeanors. According to the Prosecutor, and the Family Court Judge from Columbia.
Also, IIRC, all 33 of these are far past the Statute of Limitations.

Now, under New York Law, these 33 misdemeanors can be elevated to Felonies, but only if there is an underlying Felony.

Trump has never been charged with any Felony.
The Prosecutor and Judge, working in Collusion, claim that there must be some Felony, they think there is, they suspect there is, they imply there is, they hope there is, they imagine there is. But they cannot identify any, they cannot specify any, they have no evidence of any, they could not charge any Felony.
So, without being charged with a crime, Trump's Defense could not defend against any charge which was never charged.

So, without any Felony charged, Trump was convicted of 33 misdemeanors, all of which were beyond the Statute of Limitations.

The Prosecutor does not know what crime Trump is Guilty of.
The Judge does not know what crime Trump is Guilty of.
The entire panel of Jurors could not agree on any crime that Trump was Guilty of - and they were given extremely wide latitude to search for one.
So, nobody knows what Trump is Guilty of.

Meanwhile, rampant murders went unchecked, unfettered, uncharged throughout NYC.

Bullshit. Convicted by an activist court with an activist judge and an activist jury in Manhattan.

Soon to be turned over on appeal just like every other case they've ever brought against him, idiot.

You lose. You lost EVERYTHING this time.

Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsification of business records in the first degree, which is a felony in New York

Here you go, I give you 34.

The point is that you can't even count to 34, let alone name one of the 34, let alone actually explain one of them in a way that anybody would think you understood anything about the subject matter, let alone have the cognitive ability to take that knowledge which is forever out of reach from you and apply nuance to it and compare it to other cases both current and historical.

You are completely incapable of any of the above, and that is why it is impossible to have an adult discussion with you on any topic. You're just barely human, and you have the emotional intelligence of a toddler. We haven't been properly trained with how to lower ourselves to your level of understanding. That's above my pay grade. Your teachers in your special ed classes failed you miserably.

I followed this casually but even if I had watched any of this clownshow it would have been hard to follow

Trump said something wrong, lied about some thing but it wasn;t even him Trump it was some other guy who files the paper work, didn't tell the truth on some matter...but don't all Democrat and Republicans do that...you would have to arrest 99% of the Us Congress and Senate and most of the politicians and governments on Earth if it was for 'lying'

Paper work was done wrong, there was some detail or box ticked or signature, it was about payment and pornographic stars and hush money and some Lawyer and another Attorney, USA guy American and another guy and another Lawyer aka Lair was he a cowardly dual citizen Jews? he sent to Daniels in exchange for her silence, there were others guys not sure if American, Canadian, British or Israeli Jewish, and names Weisselberg and Cohen but when Police or whatever group put pressure on they sang and told all kinds of stories, there were conspire crimes about elections and to promote and block or support election of any person, it was all about hush money payout payments and the wrong paper work by Cohen, falsifying 'records'

Remember too that not a single person, employee, bank or company was behind these show trials either.

This was all Democrats doing what Democrats do best. Being offended for other people and using that as a means to cudgel somebody they don't like.

These were literally victimless "crimes" that he was "convicted" of with a deep blue jury in a deep blue courthouse with a deep blue judge and deep blue prosecution which was hand picked to destroy Trump.

And they failed. And now their party is dead.

They sold out whatever morals they were still pretending to have on a huge gamble and they lost.

Meanwhile, I have actual evidence of people like Laticia James and Tiffany Henyard actually caught red-handed forging documents and/or making false statements literally everywhere across the board and Ted won't even hear of it.

These people are completely unreasonable and not even worth any of our time anymore. Their fade into irrelevancy might be happening so slow that they don't even realize it's already begun.

I would be tempted to give you partial credit for your wrong, incorrect, or incomplete reply.

But lazily regurgitating the Lying Talking Points Lies that were spoon-fed to you is not really an answer, since you have merely repeated these same lies for this entire thread.

If you stated that Trump was charged with 33 counts of NY Penal 175.05 Falsification of Business Records in the Second Degree, then with Cohen being forced by the Prosecutor to Commit Perjury on the subject, then I could suspend disbelief enough to agree conditionally. These are Class A Misdemeanors, occurring for 9 months until Dec 2017. New York Statute of Limitations for Misdemeanors expires after 2 years. Which would be Dec 2019. These are all past the Statute of Limitations.

If you stated that Trump was charged with 33 counts of NY Penal 175.10 Falsification of Business Records in the First Degree, which requires the Second Degree counts plus an underlying Felony Charge, then with Cohen being forced by the Prosecutor to Commit Perjury on the subject, then I could suspend disbelief enough to ask what is the separate Felony Count Trump was Charged with? These are Class E Felonies, occurring for 9 months until Dec 2017.
New York Statute of Limitations for Class A Felonies never expire. For "all other Felonies" the limit is 5 years. These charges would have all expired in Dec 2022, and cannot be charged after that. The Charges and Indictment were in 2023, so they were all expired, and could not be charged within the Law.

In the interest of discussion, even if the charges could have been brought, what was the Felony Trump was charged with which was required to elevate the first 33 charges? The prosecutor could not name any charge, the Colluding Judge could not name any charge, and the Jury could not agree on any charge.
What was the Felony Charge?
None of the pretend 33 Felonies can be counted if there is not a separate Felony charge to elevate the first 33.

Are you guys really that stupid? I was asked to name just one of the charges. He was convicted on 34 counts of falsification of business records. That is the charge. The only thing lazy here is your brain. You're not even smart enough to know you can't change facts. And facts are not lies even if you lie about them as you guys always do. And know that I dig up this thread to remind you all and give use a poke. Hey Jack, I used use incorrectly. Come lecture me, tell me I'm stupid. Too funny...
