So he finds the Press conference site for DHS Sec Noem.
He barges in, wearing his street thug clothes, displaying no Congressional insignia, or credentials, or emblem, or ID, and while screaming incoherently, charges the podium of The Cabinet Secretary, while she is speaking her opening statement.
He is taken down, and handcuffed, and removed.
Since he looks, and acts, like every other beaner thug in LA, nobody knows who he is.
