BBC "edited" Jan 6 to reverse it's meaning, deleting 53 minutes in between 2 parts of the speech to do so.

From all of the accounts, it seems that nobody will admit or identify who was actually responsible. Who did this fraudulent "edit" anyhow? Who directed it to be done this way? Who approved the specific edit?
