If you don't have money to buy shit for your kids this Christmas, you'd better be prepared to tell them about the Santa lie early. The Santa lie is a cancer anyhow, so you're doing them a favor.

Your alternative is spending all next year saving up just so you can pay off those straight-from-your-phone Payday apps that will rape you all year long until next Christmas where you can't afford to buy the presents again.

And that's the best case scenario. There's also bankruptcy and losing your house because you can't pay the mortgage. Then you've got to tell your kids in your new car-home that Santa isn't coming next year because you don't have a chimney on the roof of your new house.

ALL APPS for loans, gambling and even credit card purchases on your phone should be made illegal on a federal level.

If people are going to ruin their lives, they should at least have to get their asses out of bed or off the couch to do it. Give them that extra time and inconvenience buffer to really think things through before they pull the trigger.

Alcoholics and meth heads alike at least have that going for them. Although I suppose if you wanted to you could use doordash to buy some booze.

Should probably make a law saying that DoorDash and similar companies cannot purchase and deliver alcohol to customers either.
