Well, here we go again. Another influential(30 million members) Evangelical Christian leader allegedly bought Crystal Meth and received a "massage"

from a gay male prostitute. The prostitute decided to go public after seeing "Art" on television speaking out about gay marriage and homosexuality. In Haggard's defence, he claims to have not used the drugs, although with this qualifier..."I was very tempted, but...". He also claims he did not have sex with the prostitute.
Haggard says the prostitute's contact info was given to him by the hotel concierge. The gay male laughs at this saying that he only advertises in gay mags or gay websites.....Does this ever get old?

The other interesting thing is that Haggard supposedly called the WH once a week. And then there's Jeff Gannon, "reporter" and gay hooker extraordinaire who was given virtually unfettered access (well, okay, maybe there were some fetters involved. I wasn't there

) to the WH. I swear, somebody in the WH is a deeply closeted self-hating hypocrite! More likely several somebodies!

Between that and Foley, I think we should change the name of the Republican Party to the Gay Old Party. Not that they have a lock on homosexuality, but they could sell hypocracy by the ton and still have a lot left over! [SNARK OFF]

I just saw this post. I find it rather hilarious.

I'll bet Haggard's full story is that he was trying to SAVE the male prostitute, and this was one way of 'walking in his shoes'. Kinda like Jesus walking w/ the beggers and whores , back in the day. Riiiiight. I'm SURE that's it.

Why Rev Haggard didn't start off w/ female prostitutes is somewhat a mystery. It worked with cryin' Jimmy "I have sinned against you" Swaggart. He still has his church and lives in a multi million dollar house.
