Quote: “After a series of delays, Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), a candidate for president in 2008, announced a series of charges against Vice President Dick Cheney in Washington, DC, late in the day. Kucinich alleged that the Vice President had committed a series of impeachable offenses, and he was therefore introducing Articles of Impeachment against Cheney in the Congress today. Kucinich started off by reading the opening words of the Declaration of Independence, arguing they were 'instructive at this moment. Whenever any government official becomes destructive of the founding purposes, that official must be held accountable,' he said. Kucinich excoriated the Vice President who he called 'a driving force for taking us into war against Iraq under false pretenses, and is once again rattling sabers of war against Iran, with the same intent to drive America into war, again based on false pretenses.' The Ohio Congressman, who is running for president for the second time, noted three charges in his Articles of Impeachment, which were submitted as House Resolution 333. He also said that he was only introducing the resolution, and not going to try and persuade Members of Congress to join him 'I'm not promoting it,' he told Wolf Blitzer on CNN's Situation Room. In a conference call with today, the Speaker went further, telling RAW STORY that 'President Bush was not worth it,' because impeachment proceedings would be a distraction from passing Democratic policies that would ensure the party's future political victory. But he added, 'It is very important that we start with Mr. Cheney because if we were to start with the President, Mr. Cheney would then become president. He also noted, 'We'd have to go through the constitutional agony of impeaching two presidents consecutively.'" —Michael Roston, Raw Story, Kucinich announces impeachment charges against Vice President Cheney, April 23, 2007 www.rawstory.com/news/2007/Kucinich_announces_impeachment_charges_against_Vice_0424.html House Resolution 333 http://kucinich.house.gov/SpotlightIssues/documents.htm 'Impeachment rallies' scheduled across US for Saturday On Friday, Vermont state senators passed a resolution calling for the impeachment of both the president and vice president for actions that have raised "serious questions of constitutionality." www.infowars.com/articles/bush/impeachment_rallies_scheduled_across_us_for_4_28.htm

Quote: Leaked Secret Brit Report - 'Bush A Madman' by Wayne Madsen, National Security Agency (NSA) April 25, 2007 -- Senior British civil servant David Keogh. a former communications and cipher officer at Number 10 Downing Street, is on trial at London's Old Bailey, charged with violating the Official Secrets Act for leaking a classified report on an April 2004 meeting between George W. Bush and Tony Blair. The four page report referred to Bush as a "madman." Keough is accused of slipping the report to parliamentary assistant Leo O'Connor, who then allegedly made it available to anti-war MP Anthony Clarke. O'Connor is also on trial for violating the Official Secrets Act. The Blair government accuses Keough of leaking the document to influence the 2004 presidential elections, a clear indication that Blair was interested in seeing Bush defeat his Democratic challenger John Kerry. The trial is shrouded in secrecy, a move seen as an attempt not to embarrass an already-tainted Blair. www.waynemadsenreport.com www.rense.com/general76/bsushs.htm

Quote: EMAIL SENT TO CONGRESSMAN JUDGE JIMMY DUNCAN (R-TN) http://capwiz.com/pdamerica/issues/alert/?alertid=9672446&PROCESS=Take+Action I ask you to uphold your duty to protect the Constitution by co-sponsoring H. Res. 333, Articles of Impeachment against Vice President Richard Cheney for: 1. purposely manipulated the intelligence process to deceive the citizens and Congress of the United States by fabricating a threat of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction to justify the use of the United States Armed Forces against the nation of Iraq in a manner damaging to our national security interests, 2. purposely manipulated the intelligence process to deceive the citizens and Congress of the United States about an alleged relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda in order to justify the use of the United States Armed Forces against the nation of Iraq in a manner damaging to our national security interests, 3. openly threatened aggression against the Republic of Iran absent any real threat to the United States, and done so with the United States proven capability to carry out such threats, thus undermining the national security of the United States. Read the Articles here: http://kucinich.house.gov/UploadedFiles/int3.pdf Please put the rule of law above all else and do the right thing. This is not about politics, but policies that have led to the most catastrophic foreign policy mistake in our history. We need allies in the world to help us in Iraq and elsewhere. Let’s show them that we respect the rule of law by holding Vice President Cheney accountable for his actions. Please co-sponsor H. Res. 333. Probable cause also exists for the immediate arrest of Richard Cheney, George Bush Jr and their White House appointees, for perpetrating the terrorist massacres on September 11, 2001, under both state and federal statutes. My job in US Air Force was explosive controlled demolitions of US military bases and US military aircraft. Note that the Bath School Massacre was a controlled demolition by preinstalled dynomite, that murdered 45 people in Michigan in 1927. The suicide car bomber was an elected politician who personally installed over 1-ton of dynomite inside the school. Those who do not learn the history of psychopaths are doomed to suffer the consequences. Note that during Watergate, vice president Spiro Agnew was indicted and convicted by a state attorney general, for the felonies of extortion and bribery. Dozens of Nixon White House staff were convicted and sent to prison. White House felons E Howard Hunt and HR Haldeman confessed in their own authorized autobiographies that Nixon's CIA Plumbers perpetrated the assassination of president John F Kennedy, and the resultant coup d'etat, for the benefit of vice president Nixon and vice president Lyndon Johnson. President Bush Jr signed the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America contract to illegally bypass Congress, to overthrow USA, by merging with Mexico and Canada, which is a member of the 53-nation British Commonwealth, owned by the queen of the British Empire. Thus USA has now officially lost the Revolutionary War. Note that King George of England successfully ordered the bombings of Washington Dc and New Orleans, during the Revolutionary War, started on April 18th at the Battle of Lexington and Concord, over the gun ban on 50-caliber assault rifle muskets. Our nation literally cannot survive if the Bush crime family escapes arrest, trial, and prison. Sincerely, John Lee, Pirate News TV
Quote: The Harry Grothjahn Show WBCR Truth Radio 1470 AM Alcoa, Tennessee March 16, 2002 John Lee: "Also, I was wondering what the procedure would be if an employee of the US government turned out to have committed treason on 911, such as the Joint Chiefs or George Bush?" Harry Grothjahn: "Congressman, did you hear that question?" Congressman Jimmy Duncan (R-TN): [Answering the first question and discussing his home that burned down two years ago, and the arson of his neighbor's business property, coincidentally during litigation at Oak Ridge National Laboratory over half-billion dollars in contracting fraud, and the "accidental" arson of this webmaster's home in a towering inferno, confessed to by the "fire-prone" contractor of our Skull & Bones mayor, paid Billions of taxdollars to demolish then "renovate" downtown Knoxville.] John Lee: "Also, I was wondering what would the procedure be if an employee of the US government - turned out to commit treason? Like the Rosenburgs were executed, I believe, a long time ago, but I don't think anybody has been executed since." Congressman Duncan: "If any American president commits treason... The law against treason applies from the president on down - I mean, that's one of the most serious crimes in this nation... But it is a very serious crime. I don't know if anyone's committed that." John Lee: "But if they are, you'd be all for having them arrested?" Congressman Duncan: "... any military person or anyone else for that matter... John Lee: "You're aware of Operation NORTHWOODS, where the Pentagon in '63 was planning to hijack US airliners, blow up US ships, and attack Washington DC with terrorist bombings, to blame Cuba. And then, of course, Bush is in business with the Bin Laden family, and has been for years - in oil, in military contracts, bioweapons contracts. That's kinda strange. That sounds like 'probable cause' to me." Congressman Duncan: "Well, I don't know... I did hear something one time about that Operation Northwoods. I don't know the details of that. That goes back long before my time. That's almost 40 years ago, and I don't know all the details of that. I do know that, I do know that, I don't know a lot about the Bin Laden family, but... some of that's legitimate business, so I don't know the details about that... Hello?" John Lee: "Yes, that is strange. And the reports that CIA met with Bin Laden back in July in a US military hospital in the Middle East. And the fact that..." Congressman Duncan: "I do know that it did come out in many publications, that, uh, the CIA did work with Bin Laden, back years ago.... One time we sided with Iraq against Iran back in the '80s." John Lee: "Sure. Iran-Contra stuff [when Rich "Dick" Cheney was ranking Republican on the Committee]. Well, wasn't Bin Laden the Secretary of Defense for Afganistan when we gave them $130-Million last year? Colin Powell cut them a check." Congressman Duncan: "Yes, we have given Afganistan quite a bit of money over the years, and we're going to be giving them a whole lot more... to help build up, yesterday and today, but it's been put off until next week - the Afgan Reconstruction Act, and that's over a Billion dollars. And I can tell you I will be voting against it.... You can buy a whole contry for that." John Lee: "Sure. Help Haliburton get their oil pipeline finished up." Congressman Duncan: "As much money as they're talking about, just divide it up and, the population over there, gosh, they'll have more money than they've seen in a long time." John Lee: "Well, that's all the questions I had." Harry Grothjahn: "Thank you, John, for calling." Congressman Duncan: "Yes, Sir." John Lee: "Thank you." Harry Grothjahn: "... That was W199EYE, in August. It has been released. It was a secret document - it wasn't supposed to have gotten out, but apparently it has gotten out. And it directed the FBI and the military intelligence people to leave the Al Quida alone, in the United States. Are you aware of that?" Congressman Duncan: "I don't know, Harry, I haven't heard... Harry Grothjahn: "Well, if I can get you a copy of this document, would you be willing to talk about this treasonous act of prior knowledge?" Congressman Duncan: "I don't know. I haven't heard about that presidential directive, although I will say this - I co-sponsored a bill with Roscoe Bartlett to really, uh, cut down on the things that the president can do by executive order. Because for most of the history of our country, executive orders were just used for routine houskeeping, minor administrativ-type things, but in recent years, presidents have come in and done really significant things - even legislative law-making-type things through presidential directives and executive orders. That's not right, and I think it's very much an abuse of, in particular, the way that President Clinton handled that executive order power. In fact, his top advisor, Paul..., was quoted one time." He said, 'A stroke of the pen - law of the nation. Pretty neat, huh?' Something like that, how easy it was to, uh, do all kinds of things.... There's a lot of that stuff going on up here. It's not about the environment, it's not about education, it's not about healthcare, it's not about anything you can think of other than Big, Big Money." Harry Grothjahn: "I couldn't agree with you more. Even the Wall Street Journal reported that Bush family is in business with the Carlyle Group that has the Bin Laden family in that same loop, that same business. Building military installations and oil pipelines all over the world. Consequently, you know, it's apparent to any casual observer. I think the Atlanta Constitution-Journal had a poll that had an opinion about the government prior knowledge of 911. And the public opinion poll, after 2 days, was taken down because it was too much an embarassment to the administration, because 52% of the people responding to their polls believed that the administration had prior knowledge to this attack." Congressman Duncan: "Well, I hadn't seen that poll. But when I was talking about how all this stuff goes back to Big money. I did a program in which I talked about prescription drugs and the high cost of medicine - why these pills cost so much. And it's the federal government.... And it's not just the medical industry, the small guys are run out of business, then the medium-sized guys go next. Every highly regulated industry ends up in the hands of a few big giants."

Quote: Dear Mr. President, It is my considered judgment that you should now resign. I expect in your lonely embattled position this would seem to you as an act of disloyalty from one you have supported and helped in so many ways. My own view is that I would now ill serve a President whose massive accomplishments I will always respect and whose family I love, if I did not now give you my judgment. Until this moment resignation has been no answer at all, but given the impact of the latest development, and it will be a lasting one, I now firmly feel resignation is best for the country, best for this President. I believe this view is held by most Republican leaders across the country. This letter is much more difficult because of the gratitude I will always have for you. If you do leave office history will properly record your achievements with a lasting respect. —George H. W.
