The Reno Police Department has received numerous inquiries into a recent incident involving the U.S. flag, Reno police said.
Some details:

o The United States Code establishes a protocol for the display of the American flag in relation to other flags displayed in the same location. The protocol can be found at 4 U.S.C. §7. The protocol is advisory and is not a criminal statute.

Nevada Revised Statutes

NRS 118A.325 Right of tenant to display flag of the United States in certain areas; conditions and limitations on exercise of right.

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a landlord or an agent or employee of a landlord shall not prohibit a tenant from engaging in the display of the flag of the United States within such physical portion of the premises as that tenant has a right to occupy and use exclusively.

2. The provisions of this section do not:

(a) Apply to the display of the flag of the United States for commercial advertising purposes.

(b) Preclude a landlord or an agent or employee of a landlord from adopting rules that reasonably restrict the placement and manner of the display of the flag of the United States by a tenant.

3. In any action commenced to enforce the provisions of this section, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

4. As used in this section, “display of the flag of the United States” means a flag of the United States that is:

(a) Made of cloth, fabric or paper;

(b) Displayed from a pole or staff or in a window; and

(c) Displayed in a manner that is consistent with 4 U.S.C. Chapter 1.

The defendant in the "Florida Boys" trial who Jordan testified against, Thomas Elder, was sentenced to 288 months in federal prison for his conviction for engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise in concert with at least 5 other people, one of whom was Jordan.

Elder also received shorter sentences on two counts of unlawful distribution of cocaine hydrochloride (crack cocaine), that he was to serve concurrently.

That's what the news suspected, without proof. The guy appeared to be unable to speak English, so I'm sure he was born in Mexico. Dual citizenship is not real citizenship, because that person has loyalty to a foreign nation. In the case of Mexico, that nation been at war with USA nonstop for over 100 years.

Could that shop "owner" pass this citizenship test? Could he read this test? Can you pass this test?
