They've OFFICIALLY removed it from the menu. How civilized of them. Anyone caught selling dog meat, or un-wanted female newborns will be lined up and shot. Let the games begin.

Glad to hear it. I'd stop eating any one animal ( cow, chicken, pig, shrimp ) if the orientals would stop eating dog.

It is not those who use the term "Islamo-Fascism" who are sullying the name of Islam; it is the Islamo-Fascists. - Dennis Prager

Luckily the Jewish aren't quite as judgemental on the scum who eat non-Kosher animals.

More insane ramblings by the people who brought you beeeer milkshakes!
No one can see their reflection in running water. It is only in still water that we can see.

Yes, luckily the Jewish aren't as judgmental when it comes to eating non-Kosher animals, don't know how society would cope if they were.

There's a slight difference, though, in that they don't eat non-Kosher animals out of superstitious, oh sorry, religious reasons, whereas the West is against eating dogs because of ethical reasons. A more accurate comparison would be non-vegetarians vs vegetarians (specifically, those vegetarians who are against eating meat due to ethical reasons). As far as I know, vegetarians can be quite judgmental.

Ethical my arse. Jewish Kosher meat is as much a cultural distinction as a religious one. In western society Dogs were/are working animals, we don't eat them because they had/have a different purpose, similarly most western societies don't eat horses. It's just a different culture, if they want to eat Dogs, Cats, Armadillos, Grubs, whatever, who cares? You don't have to.

I don't see the ethical difference between eating a Cow, and eating a Dog, ask a Hindu perhaps?

Well, presuming a Hindu perspective for a second, I hope those horribly unethical beef eaters take steak off the menu for 2012. Cow murdering scum...

I'm sure many of that culture will miss their favorite opportunity of choosing between Loin Of Lassie or BBQ Benji Ribs for dinner fare. And I know somewhere Mikey Vick is just beside himself as his monthly shipments of Rin Tin Tin Chili will be temporarily suspended.

Well, if you get hungry enough...
(and this from someone who's eaten tree bark out of desperation, mind you.)

The whole issue reminds me of the "Rat Burger" scene from Demolition Man, really it does.
