How bout Shatner for 2012 ?

He's certainly got style...

Besides, it won't be the first time we stuck a washed up actor in the oval office, I remember this dude named Ron....

Reagan was the alpha...first Republican to sell out Fiscal Conservatism to Evangelistic wierdos. Then took credit for the fall of the USSR. Then took credit for the natural correction in the economy that resulted from the Nixon/Ford administration's recession that Republicans hung on Carter.

Bill Shatner based solely on coherance has got to have 20 IQ points on useless Reagan. I would totaly vote for Shatner only if he stays in character and packs heat at work to excecute people like Gingrich, Phil Graham, Lindsay Graham, and Liebermann. After the purges I think he'd be a great President.

But really Frem...you're such a tease. After this I feel like people do when you go car shopping...it makes you hate what you really have for a short while.

Every time I go car shopping I wind up clinging to my steering wheel thanking the powers that be for my poor little POS cause it could be sooo much woooorse...

I'll never buy american made again, long as it's as horrible as it is now - and no, made in mexico out of chinese parts is not AMERICAN made no matter what Ford tells you.

We really need to get back to building shit instead of blowing it up.

Oh, and as an Actor, Ronnie WAS a has-been.

As a president, your mileage may vary, I never thought he was all that and his economic policies were a disaster - but his foreign policy wasn't too horrible, him and Gorby did a lot together to finally start putting the cold war back on the shelf of abandoned toys where it belonged.

That is right.

Besides, the videos Frem posted support Shatner's character on Boston Legal, and not Shatner himself, for president. I'm not sure that Shatner's character isn't meant as a farce and a target of liberal ridicule.
