Sorry about not making that clear. The Palestinians debiberately place the rockets in buildings with women and children. Why would the Palestinians store the rockets in a residential apartment building?
So Israel won't attack the rockets and to make Israel look bad when the rocket kills the people in the building.

(Balfour Declaration, 1917). The promise was controversial at the time. Obviously, in 1917 nobody expected the Holocaust or expected large numbers of Jews to have to flee there. For some Jews, returning there ('Zionism') was a long-standing dream or hope, and there were already a number of Jewish settlements in the area.

While this is true, if you are actively launching a missile against the general populace of another religion who is technically the same race as you, but you are motivated by religious differences to kill them all, I think it's safe to call you a religious lunatic, on either side.
