The reason there are few jokes about him is because there's nothing funny about him, he reaks of dull.

Have you seen him bowl? Damned funny how bad he is at it!

Besides, I don't tend to laugh too much at someone bonking their head on a low door. Hell, I have enough trouble not smacking mine on a REGULAR door if I forget to duck! And every time I whack my noggin on a door frame, it increases the chances I'll do it again, since I now have a knot on my head making me that much taller. :(
