America loves a winner!

No, they claim " i win " they've won the debate and because they grow tired of trolls who won't deal in the details and avoid honest, level headed debate, and instead hurl petty insults and continue to change subject headlines w/ childish attempts at character assassination.

It is not those who use the term "Islamo-Fascism" who are sullying the name of Islam; it is the Islamo-Fascists. - Dennis Prager

A concern of the GOP is that the people aren't informed enough to understand their policies, while a fear of the Dems is that the people ARE.

Well, since you don't use reason, logic or fact, it become impossible. And granted, I don't bother with your BS little RapFacts either, because som many others do, and I want to stand out, not just be a part of the gang. And, aside from the fact that others usually get to it before me, they're better at it than I am, anyway.

Have you forgotten, I come here to poke the angry monkey (that'd be you), and watch him dance for my amusement.

I've told you this, in no uncertain terms, many, many times. Is your memory so bad - nevermind, I forgot about your new "I disagree with Dubya all the time" meme, so I already know how faulty - or at the least, self-deluded, your memory is.

Of course, we're paying the crooked cops to look the other way or pretending we don't know their crooked. They're on our payroll so we're the mob boss. We're perfectly willing to look the other way when things are going good, but unwilling to take responsibility when they don't.
Just look at how many incumbents get reelected and then tell me we're not to blame.

You know very well that Auraptor never said that. What he said is that you can't give 95% of Americans a tax cut because only about 60% actually pay taxes. Usually you're are more intellectually honest than your fellow libs Kwicko.

Of course, in your analogy, the "crooked cops" could just as easily be the banksters on Wall Street - and we don't just "reelect" them - we actually PROMOTE them!

You must've missed it, then, because he DID actually say - and vehemently defend as "fact" - that NINETY-FIVE PERCENT OF AMERICANS DON'T PAY TAXES!

Edited to add:

Here, I found the quote:

Quote:

No, 95% of the American tax payers do NOT pay income taxes. It's a fact. Dunno why you are bringing up blacks into the equation. I'm talking tax payers. - AuRaptor, October 7, 2008

Find an example with a person with as high a profile in the party as Limbaugh, saying the same, and you might have a point. Becuase what you present is not a parallel.

I'd also note that the point of the article is for people to stop pointing fingers, and work together in a bi-partisan way to solve problems.... but that part doesn't really mesh with your narrative, so I'm not surprised you'd leave it out.

"I thoroughly disapprove of duels. If a man should challenge me, I would take him kindly and forgivingly by the hand and lead him to a quiet place and kill him."

Well storymark, you are obviously a complete ass who assumes anyone who dares disagree with you, sucks at the teat of the neocons! Sorry thimble brain, but I'm not another lemming who thinks either party is the answer anymore (if either EVER were)! I was just playing devil's advocate and showing another side. It seems like anyone who dares question the Obama Messiah, or doesn't attack Limbaugh as the anti-christ, is the enemy! Piss off too all of you small minded, "my side is better" idiots! You deserved the last 8 years, and deserve what's coming even more! Go f*#k yourself! Did I leave anything out this time?

I'd given some thought to movin' off the edge -- not an ideal location -- thinkin' a place in the middle.

Wow. When I saw " penn says : the party of hate" , I assumed it meant Sean Penn, talking of the GOP. Color me surprised that Penn of Penn and Teller actually spoke out against the Democrats. The fact that he's an atheist and a Libertarian makes very much sense, as he voices the bulk of how I view the Democrats and he's damn right about a great many things.

CAREFUL, Rap. You are speaking reasonably, sensibly. You are going to lose them, they get confused by stuff like facts.
Thanks for pointing out Penn vs. Penn - I would never bother listening to gibberish from Sean, but the other is another story entirely.

And Macbaker - nice rundown, I wish I could find a "my side" so things would be so much easier! But Libertarian is as close as I can get. Yep, I voted Bob Barr.
