PETA killed 2,124 pets last year and placed only seven in adoptive homes. Since 1998, a total of 21,339 dogs and cats have died at the hands of PETA workers.

Despite having a $32 million budget, PETA does not operate an adoption shelter. PETA employees make no discernible effort to find homes for the thousands of pets they kill every year. Last year, the Center for Consumer Freedom petitioned Virginia’s State Veterinarian to reclassify PETA as a slaughterhouse.

Placed only 7? They're not even trying. I wonder if those stupid nude fashion models and their buds in Hollywood know about this? If they did I'm sure they'd make excuses for them. This would be a scandal if it was anyone else.

This is well known in NC.. Two PETA workers were arrested 2 years ago for dumping corpses of dogs and cats in a dumpster about an hour after they "rescued" them from a local eastern NC animal shelter that was over crowded for "adoption" in the Norfolk, VA area. They got away with a slap on the wrist though.

People who donate to PETA may want to know where that $32 million is going, how much money do PETA big-shots make? Do they get a salary, if so how much? I think if someone was to investigate PETA they'd find alot of wierd stuff. I would'nt be surprised to learn that this is where wackos go to make big bucks.
