Well, I did get a pretty good deal on skinheads, since you can buy em in bulk and they're pretty disposable.

Not very efficient mooks, I will admit, but enough quantity BECOMES quality by default, and as a bonus, they're not sporting enough to take on Heros politely, one at a time, since they LIKE delivering a multi-man stompdown, and have actual experience in proficient delivery!
(The scary part is this is almost pure truth*, innit?)

They're a bit pricy on strokeable kitties however, and since aspca adoption is a little too "heroic", best source is still mugging old ladys for their lap cats, since cats are inherently villainous, and will gladly change sides in exchange for cushier accommodations and better food, just ask Hemingway.
(who was, contrary to popular legend, quite evil, thank you!)

As for the Randdroid, umm, good luck with that, I'd suggest backing the purchase with one or more of those heavier weapons in case anyone happens to disagree with its logically unsound proclaimations.
