I love it, "cracking down" and "bailing out" at the same time.

This quote in particular drips with irony:

They're spending trillions of dollars thwarting the market's natural response to stupid, greedy corporations, and then whining that the market doesn't ensure competition. Wow... What I wonder is if he really believes it, or is it just spin? It's kind of hard to fathom that level of delusion. Or deceit for that matter.

So will the government have to divest its holdings in GM and Chrysler? Or will one entity controlling 2/3 of the domestic auto manufacturers not be considered monopolistic...if its the government?

Well, if Intel gets tagged with an anti-trust suit in the USA, along with getting nailed in the EU (as is about the happen Wednesday) my stocks will go up!
