Umm, you *DO* know why and how they got into the habit of showing up so damn fast, right ?

What pray tell do you think certain folk DO when they find these goddamn hellspawned alphabet goons cabling, people ?

Hell, I could prolly draw the construction crews a map, if I wanted to, and worse, they did a piss poor job of hiding where the new nexus is, although that info may not be exactly secret, and I am indeed tempted to reveal it, there's no point unless folk would do something about it, so why needlessly do so ?

Suffice it to say, knowin where the terminus of those lines is makes it all too damn easy to extrapolate their position, and as such, if the powers that be continue down the road they're on, as the current administration shows no signs of putting a stop to this shit, that information will become public.
