Full body stripsearch for all airline slaves

Then, trying to get the supervisor's name and ID number, the supervisor said to me, "We know exactly who you are,'" Chaffetz said. "At that point, yeah, I said ‘Bullshit' and kind of spelled it out. And, uh, I was frustrated."

But 98% of sheeple say that's okay to strip search and take rape photos of their wives and children.

That's why I never leave home without a copy of Operation Northwoods, to deprogram the police slaves.

Just imagine your last airport or subway worker shagging himself in a darkened cubicle while staring at your nekked image. Or your wife, daughter or son. Or posting their nekked photos on pedophile chat rooms.

Okay, first off, not everyone going through an airport has to do the 3-D photo thing. Last time I was at an airport, I didn't even see it get used. Second off, it's preferable to being actually strip-searched, since this way no one touches you. Third off, the 3-D images are hardly provocative, and I doubt they're all saved to some hard-drive the employees can always access, they're very likely temporary images for temporary viewing purposes only.
But look at me, attempting to talk sense. Silly, I know.

The faces are recorded. Just blurred in the public news.

No matter what, it's pedophile porn and rape. Any airport employee with access can be immediately arrested, and should be.

Wow, okay, you are insane.
Also, you really, really, should not use 'rape' in such a casual way. If you think it's a violation, which could be argued, then say violation. Seriously. Rape is violent, and in all ways awful, and very damaging, and throwing the word around is irresponsible and offensive. I know I'm probably kidding myself in asking you to be in any way less offensive and/or monkeyshit crazy, but this whole thing and your entire attitude is seriously pushing it, even for you.

Are you sure about that?

Yes, I'm quite sure, having volunteered as a counselor for SAVA. Seeing reactions ranging from fairly minor hysteria all the way through PTSD and suicidal depression pretty much convinced me of the toll these things could take. Thank you so very much for asking. Maybe next you could ask some veterans if it's really such a big deal to be shot at and fear for their lives, or see their buddies being blown to bits, and if they aren't overreacting when they wake up in full battle mode after years of being out of combat, and shouldn't they snap out of it and get over that whole little issue. I'm sure your take on such things would be widely appreciated among the traumatized.

Why? Why would they keep them? Under what circumstances do you imagine a reason for them to be kept? They're for a very fleeting purpose, the same general purpose frisking once served. Once they've served that purpose, there is no reason whatsoever to save them. It would be like saving all the x-ray images they take of baggage, which are meant only to flit over the screen and show if there's anything there that possibly shouldn't be. Seriously, what are they going to do, go through all their archives and go "Oh hey, that guy still doesn't have a scrap of metal on him." and "Gee, this scan from last month still shows a ring and a bracelet, but nothing hazardous." and "Remember this one? Yeah, we had to make sure that was just a pen and not a cunningly disguised knife. Good times." I mean, really. There is no logical or justifiable reason for backing these things up on a hard disk, it would be pointless. Even if the scans revealed something 'hazardous' or illegal and they went all out and arrested someone, the object in question existing at an airport checkpoint (or, in some cases, existing at all) has been all the evidence they've ever needed; the scan would be superfluous.

Sounds like that whole pro se lawyering yer always yammering about didn't work out so well for you, then, if you had to not only pay your ticket, but pay it TWICE.

And I'm betting it stayed on file because, as you said, it was UNPAID.

I have a vote and I'm not afraid to use it!

"Under what circumstance would you imagine they were NOT saved to a hard drive? I'd be shocked if they were not."

Even if they were, fortunately there is nothing to connect you to it. I suppose the one way to tell is to see if it has a hard-drive or other digital storage capacity. If there is no storage, then they can't be saved, no matter how much an individual or agency might want to.

I can imagine a few extremely weak reasons why they might be officially saved

1) For specific review
However, if a particular flight were to be hijacked and/ or blown up, there is nothing to connect any particular image with that flight. In addition, not all people go through the scanner. So they would have to review all luggage scans for that day as well, as well as all 'sniffer' security, just to see if there was a potential something they might have missed. And that doesn't count the checked luggage, most of which is NOT scanned.
2) For training purposes
3) For statistical analysis at a later date.
4) As a 'if we have data we might as well save it' fetish. Things can be that way.

While I can imagine reasons (no matter how weak) to officially save these images, unless there is a policy AND mechanism to save then, AND they are accessible to the people working the scan, they won't be accessed for 'personal' reasons. At least, not at that level of security.

And then have to pay for it anyway when the airlines scream and howl and throw a tantrum about how poor they are - all the while giggling up their sleeves and claiming record profits to their board members and CEOs...

No, I DON'T fly - I won't get on a fucking airplane cause the TSA goons bring out the absolute worst level of "KILL THE FASCIST" rabidity and I would be unable to restrain myself if I had to watch even one more of them slowly and blatantly feel up some guys girlfriend under the pretense of searching her, all the while grinning at him and and DARING him to make an issue of it.

That was the last fucking straw - after being dragged in for the third degree two days before that simply because my "public record" (your papers please, citizen!) was a little slim for their liking, and then had to play that whole bullshit if-you've-got-nothing-to-hide two step till my fucking lawyer showed up and put paid to it, complete with, as USUAL for dealing with the powers that be, semi-veiled and completely heartfelt threats.

Rule of the gun is what it is, let's not pretend otherwise.

And so there went eighty bucks since the bastards made me miss my flight and the airline just shrugged, and the second attempt, standing in line and watching that fucking brownshirt.. *hisss*

I walked back to the airline counter, shredded the ticket into little bits, tossed it over the counter and wished them in hell, walked out.

I will NEVER fly on a commercial flight again as long as the airlines are willing to tolerate such complete and unrepentant slime abusing their customers, and not one bloody dime, by intent.

And then the mother fucking government comes and takes it from my by force and threat (taxes) and gives it to them any damned way.

So no, you DON'T have a choice, even if you refuse to do business with them, you STILL pay for it - and woe unto them that I have enough contacts in the related industries to make sure they feel the chill wind of my revenge just a little when contracts are negotiated, and that goes for them car rental companies selling their customers personal info down the river without even a twitch as well.

Riding in the back of a refitted airshow plane for a long, uncomfortable, cramp ridden time was still preferable to having to watch and tolerate something that is offensive to every part of me that respects the idea of america, and being forced to finance it whether I want to or not offends me even more.

Why is it that no one ever said that they didn't have the right to scanning or searching baggage? Why is it that no one raised too much fuss about actual strip-searches (in my mind a much more troubling thought than being scanned) carried out on suspected criminals? Or, hey, how's about cavity searches? Ever seen protests against those? No? Or maybe a few, but not too much? What about customs? Anybody here think they don't have the right to look through bags? Run a metal detector rod over someone? Frisk them? They've sure been doing it a long while for not having the right to.
And, in case this has been missed the last two or three times it was mentioned, this isn't something everyone is subjected to. It's additional procedure if someone, say, sets off the metal detector.
I have never been frisked, or searched, or scanned, any single time I've flown. Neither my baggage nor myself has ever raised any flags that justified any such treatment. Maybe there are some airport employees who do 'searches' as an excuse to perv out, but I've never seen or been subjected to anything like that. And if some burly creepy dude said he'd have to frisk me, I would politely request that such searches be done by a female, in keeping with expected and generally correct procedures; unless no other security personel are on duty, most policies dictate same-sex searches. If such a reasonable request was refused, I would offer to leave, go to the end of the line, and try another checkpoint, or see if I could find someone boss-like to complain to about possible harassment.
I'm sorry if this all seems too reasonable to be true, but in my experience with security and law enforcement types, there usually is some recourse if you're willing to cut through a little red tape. Don't get me wrong, red tape is a bitch, but I'd rather deal with it than continue being harassed.

And would be in for a rude shock, even a potentially physical one if they figured they could get away with Tasering you.

Seriously, even ASKING to see a supervisor immediately flags you as "noncompliant" and enables them to go freaking berserk on you - there's a couple attorneys right now who make a full on living off those cases coming out of DTW, I kid you not.

Man, I could go on for pages, ok ?
To paraphrase a quote from the 1968 Democratic Convention...
"I think what we have here, is a pack of thugs!"

And the attitude of the TSA towards Mr. Steve Bierfeldt is eeriely similar to that towards Brent Darrow, isn't it now ?

THIS is the mindset you're dealing with.
THIS is the attitude you're dealing with.

If you even TRY to stand to your rights, you ARE very, very likely to be tasered and/or beaten - be AWARE of that before you try it.

So no, to hell if imma go play that game with them, I will drive eleven hours straight, I'll sit in the back seat of a recycled airshow toy, or even curled up in the back of a chartered mail or package flight, but I am NEVER going to put myself in a position to be abused by those goddamn brownshirted goons if I have any way out of it.

I can't find a link, but they almost caused a *real* issue a while back by feeling up a girl and sexually harrassing her till she started to break down into tremors and tears, and just as they were hauling her off, ran smack into her husband - the platoon commander of an entire platoon returning from iraq on leave, and that was a very tense moment, cause there were forty guys in uniform about to go all CQB on the sumbitches, who then facing superior force, the ONLY thing that can make them act like human beings, start all apologizing and shit, yeah, what nice fellows.

That coulda gone far uglier than anyone realizes.

Speakin of, just so it's known right up front and center, best to not be admittin to me if you work for TSA/DHS, cause I consider those folk to be brownshirt collaborators and proto-fascists who deserve nothing more than a bullet - even if they themselves are professional, well, I am sure various members of the fucking Stazi or SS were polite and professional too.

It don't make it right.

No, I don't have to do business with the airlines, but when I make that refusal and my taxes are taken from me and given to them anyway, AND finance the abusive jackboots who's conduct causes me to not do business with em, I have every right and reason to be completely enraged about it.
