Well, children of mixed marriages DO have a really rough time of it. Heck, there's a sizable chunk of people who don't believe our President is actually an American because of his mixed racial heritage!

So here's my quandary: This JP *says* he's only concerned about the children, and he's worried because he says that mixed-race marriages generally don't work out, and he's worried about that...

Sure, you can argue apples-to-bears, but if he says he's concerned about marriages working out, there's some pretty solid evidence that he SHOULD at least consider allowing same-sex marriage then. There may have only been a couple of these kinds of marriages in his parts and their youngins may have had a tough time fitting in. Violence may have been a way for them to react to social stigma and an unaccepting populace.

Keith is of course wrong to get in the way of love, but still, let's not judge him too harshly.
