3. When Death Occurs

3.1 Time of Funeral/Burial - Jewish law requires that burial take place as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of death. 4. Aninut - Time Between Death and Burial

4.1 Autopsies and organ donation - The practice of routine autopsies is contrary to Jewish law, since autopsies are viewed as a desecration of the body. In most cases, when an autopsy is recommended, the family can refuse. In cases where the law requires an autopsy, it should be carried out under the supervision of a Rabbi who is familiar with the procedures. Organ donation may be viewed as an example of K'vod Ha-met (respect for the deceased) which brings healing to the living. Thus, willing certain organs or tissues is permissible and can be considered a mitzvah. The Rabbi should be consulted in all cases.

4.2 Embalming - According to Jewish tradition, embalming and the use of cosmetics on the deceased are not permitted. Embalming is not permitted unless required by civil law.

4.3 Cremation - Cremation is against Jewish tradition and the family of the deceased should be so advised by the Rabbi. Should a family ignore a Rabbi's advice against cremation, the Rabbi may still choose to officiate in the funeral parlor before the body is cremated. Ashes should be interred in a Jewish cemetery, but the interment should be private without the presence of a Rabbi.

The notes continue -- "The decedent remained unresponsive and purged her stomach contents prior to the arrival of the paramedics."

When the paramedics arrived, Brittany was "without signs of life."

Paramedics moved Brittany from the bathroom to the master bedroom, where they found a slew of prescription drugs -- "A check of the nightstands revealed large amounts of prescription medication in the decedent's name. Also noted were numerous empty prescription medication bottles in the decedent's husband's name, the decedent's mother's name and unidentified third party names."

According to the notes, the medications included Topamax (anti-seizure meds also to prevent migraines), Methylprednisolone (anti-inflammatory), Fluoxetine (depression med), Klonopin (anxiety med), Carbamazepine (treats Diabetic symptoms and is also a bipolar med), Ativan (anxiety med), Vicoprofen (pain reliever), Propranolol (hypertension, used to prevent heart attacks), Biaxin (antibiotic), Hydrocodone (pain med) and miscellaneous vitamins.

The notes say, "No alcohol containers, paraphernalia or illegal drugs were discovered."

According to the notes, "The night prior to her death, the decedent had consumed some noodles, leftover Thai food, Gatorade , water and tea with lemon."

The notes also say Brittany had a history of hypoglycemia and was hospitalized in April 2009 for low blood sugar while on location in Oregon."

Monjack told the investigator during the 7 to 10 days prior to her death, Brittany complained of shortness of breath and severe abdominal pains but he was not overly alarmed because "she often suffered from severe menstrual pains."

The investigator spoke with police at the scene, who told him "foul play is not suspected."

She is the daughter of a convicted mobster (Angelo Bertolloti) who left the family at an early age (all suggest a very common life story among Monarchs), was raised/handled by her mother, educated in a religious school and was introduced to the film industry/Hollywood very young. In 2007 she was married in a private Jewish ceremony to some producer/screenwriter 'Simon Monjack' who may be a criminal too, which should tell you a lot about the industry and her life controlled by it. Her eyes and general demeanor in movies have always intrigued me somewhat, it is clear why now. I've embedded a video from her recent foray into music in the article; showing her cat programming, and apparently foreshadowing her demise 'Faster Kill Pussycat' with a black cat (Tarantino is planning to remake the movie it is named after which I've noted before).

There are several similarites between EWS and Murphy's death. The movie is set during the Christmas season. A woman, a model, dies of an alleged overdose after attending a ritual orgy. We learn that the woman was 30 years of age (Murphy, 32). Kubrick was definitely aware that that is the age Monarch programming starts to break down (the woman actually sacrfices herself for the character played by Tom Cruise, demonstrating her newly discovered free-will).

Was Murphy starting to awaken? I guess we'll never know.

The fact that Monjack had a blatant EWS homage featured on his site is just too "coincidental."

From what I can tell, it seems that Brittany was breaking down as far back as 2007 when she married Monjack, which would put her at her 30th birthday.

Also, remember that the winter solstice (a major pagan holiday) was the day AFTER her death. If you are into ritual, you will utilize that energy. I still say that Monjack is involved in some way directly. I don't just mean by enabling her or giving her drugs or propping her up on set when she was "going in and out of consciousness." But by directly causing her death. That is why I think he will either commit suicide or be taken out. He's too much of a loose cannon.

But then I thought Howard K. Stern was too much of a loose cannon after he handled Anna Nicole and her son into their graves. And he's still breathing.
