EDIT: Um, your title seems to suggest either the Feds are investigating Obama of some wrongdoing or are testing the limits of Obama's resistance or patience.

Lynching a black doll, not good. But not expected.

But, since the mental image was intentional, I think the alternative effigy title works pretty well. Suddenly it's an entirely different kind of doll we're talking about here.
