He's referring to Newt's claim that Richard Reid *IS* a U.S. citizen, when clearly he never was. He was a British citizen. Now he's in an American prison, yet still not an American citizen.

Story was quite clearly asking you to expound on the logic and reason of Newt making such a claim which is easily disproved.
