Despite that PN posted it, I think the story itself is entirely relevant - in accordance with the hippocratic oath, he damn well ought to be cast out by whatever org certified him in the first place.

And even if he ain't, be damned if I would *trust* a doctor of any kind who had chosen to mix politics with practice, it's in irrevocable breach of trust in a profession that absolutely requires it.

That's why I hate my official "doctor of record" who ain't MY doctor at all cause he's too busy pushing big pharmas latest miracle cure at me (and since when does a sprained knee require a cholesterol screening, ehe ?) to give a fuck about MY problem - but the doctor who does care is of the "wrong" ethnicity even though he's a second generation american citizen and dare not take any risks because of the FBI/DEA headhunting anyone who isn't a fucking whitebread mainstream christian, and so any ACTUAL medical care has to be be done on the sly, and if I think it poses risk to him...

Fuck it, I'll go talk to my veterinarian - it's mostly scratch n dent work anyways.

As to where it came from, none of your goddamn business, and not any of anyone elses neither.
